ビジョン実現に向かってコミットする“ビジネスアスリート”であるベンチャー企業の経営者をクライアントに、経営の意思決定に入り込みながら、現場レベルまで落とし込む実行支援を行います
事業プランを考えるだけでなく、実行するところまで踏み込んで取り組んでいきます。クライアントに提示した仮説がうまくいくまで寄り添い、グロースを加速させる支援を行います。

Expected annual salary: Approximately 7 to 15 million yen

Working hours: One of the following applies
・Fixed working hours: Basic hours 9:15 to 18:15
・Professional discretionary work system (deemed working hours: 10 hours/day) *Only for senior level employees
Break time: 60 minutes (between 11:30 and 13:30)
Holidays: Annual holidays: 120 days, two days off per week (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays)
Vacations: Two days off per week (Saturdays, Sundays), holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, annual paid leave, personal injury and illness leave, marriage, childbirth, and bereavement leave, special leave for pregnancy symptoms, nursing care leave, and childcare leave *120 days off per year (2024)
