■業務内容:
社内向けのシステムを開発する「社内DX推進プロジェクト」、SES事業での「お客様プロジェクト参画」
お客様向けの商品を開発する「自社商品開発プロジェクト」のうち、いずれかの業務をお任せします。
基本的にはご本人がされてきた経験をもとに、
どういった業務をお願いするかを相談しながら決めていきます。
参画プロジェクトの業種、開発環境は様々です。
フロントエンド、サーバエンド、WEBアプリ、サイトさまざな案件あります。
担当工程も要件定義～テストまで幅広くあります。※上流工程は全体案件の3割程度です。
経験者の方には、得意が活かせるプロジェクトをお任せし、場合によっては、
先輩社員として未経験エンジニアの教育、育成にも関わっていただくこともあります。

■Job content:
You will be assigned to one of the following tasks: "Internal DX Promotion Project" to develop in-house systems, "Participation in customer projects in the SES business", and "In-house product development project" to develop products for customers.
Basically, we will decide what tasks you will be asked to do based on your own experience.
The industries and development environments of the projects we participate in are diverse.
There are various projects such as front-end, server-end, web applications, and sites.
There is a wide range of processes to be responsible for, from requirements definition to testing. *Upstream processes account for about 30% of all projects.
Experienced people will be assigned projects where they can utilize their strengths, and in some cases, they may also be involved in educating and training inexperienced engineers as senior employees.
