具体的には、
社内の業務効率をはかるサービスを、内製環境で開発・運用、リプレイスや
今後リリース予定のサービスの開発・運用をお任せします。

・レガシーシステムのフルリプレイスに向けたスクラッチ開発
・業界固有事情を汲んだ自社内向け MA-SFA-CRM 企画設計開発
【AI系開発にて】
・人材のAIマッチングとそのアルゴリズム研究プロジェクト
・深層畳み込みニューラルネットワークによるデータ自動監査
【開発現場状況】
・マルチプラットフォームに組織され言語を問わない
・コンテナオーケストレーションによるシステム集約
・パイプライン構築によるDevOps開発手法の取り込み

You will be tasked with developing systems for our company.
Specifically,
You will be tasked with developing and operating services that improve the efficiency of our company's operations in an in-house environment, replacing them, and developing and operating services that are scheduled to be released in the future.
[Business development]
- Scratch development to fully replace legacy systems
- Planning, designing, and developing in-house MA-SFA-CRM that takes into account industry-specific circumstances
[AI development]
- AI matching for human resources and a research project on its algorithms
- Automatic data auditing using deep convolutional neural networks
[Development site situation]
- Multi-platform organization, language agnostic
- System consolidation through container orchestration
- Incorporating DevOps development methods through pipeline construction
▼ Education and training of inexperienced to young engineers
Depending on your experience, you may be asked to educate and train inexperienced and young engineers as a senior employee.

【必須条件】
・ビジネスレベルの日本語力(N2相当)
・言語問わず1年以上の開発実務経験
【歓迎要件】
・Java、PHP、Javascriptを使用した開発経験
