In the brain healthcare field, they deliver technology solutions for all health phases from pre-onset to post-onset. They are planning and developing a medical device program (SaMD) to deliver timely and appropriate medical services before and after the onset of dementia from a data platform that encourages healthy users to take preventive actions.

【お仕事の内容】
経営層とコミュニケーションをしながら予防医療市場や導入ターゲットとなる医療機関などのニーズを満たす製品構想(プロダクトビジョン)を描き、デザイナーやエンジニアチーム、R&Dチームと連携しながら製品開発を推進します。また、カスタマーサクセスチームと連携して、市場ニーズの抽出やソリューションの仮説検証を実施しながら、サイエンスベースのテクノロジーの社会実装を推進します。
①市場ニーズの継続的な収集(医療施設、大学、企業へのヒアリング)
②市場ニーズやターゲット医療機関の課題に基づいたプロダクトの企画
③経営層との企画・計画の提案や調整、判断
④デザイナーやエンジニアチーム、R&Dチームと連携したプロダクトの仕様策定
⑤プロダクト導入に向けた検証(臨床試験、施設運用試験)
⑥カスタマーサクセスチームと連携したプロダクト導入・改善
具体的には以下のような案件を各チームと協力しながら推進していただきます。
・エビデンス(論文)や医師の知見にもとづいた認知機能テストの内容拡充企画、開発、導入
・AMEDなど産学連携の研究開発プロジェクト案件の計画、開発、実施
・事業会社との健康増進プログラムの企画、開発、導入
・医療データを活用した新規ビジネスの構築企画、開発、導入
他にも、各大学や国立医療機関との関係性から創出される社会実装案件が複数存在します。
[Job description]
While communicating with management, you will draw up a product vision that meets the needs of the preventive medical market and target medical institutions, and promote product development in collaboration with designers, engineering teams, and the R&D team. You will also work with the customer success team to extract market needs and verify solution hypotheses, while promoting the social implementation of science-based technology.
① Continuously collect market needs (interviews with medical facilities, universities, and companies)
② Planning products based on market needs and the challenges of target medical institutions
③ Proposing, coordinating, and deciding on plans and plans with management
④ Formulating product specifications in collaboration with designers, engineering teams, and the R&D team
⑤ Verification for product introduction (clinical trials, facility operation tests)
⑥ Product introduction and improvement in collaboration with the customer success team
Specifically, you will work with each team to promote the following projects.
・Planning, developing, and implementing expanded content for cognitive function tests based on evidence (papers) and doctor knowledge
・Planning, developing, and implementing R&D projects in industry-academia collaboration with AMED and other organizations
・Planning, developing, and implementing health promotion programs with business companies
・Planning, developing, and implementing new business development using medical data
There are also several other social implementation projects that are created through relationships with universities and national medical institutions. |
