This company develops and deploys their own system as a specialized ISV partner company of Salesforce that provides services focused on advanced integration solutions (ISV products and services) with Salesforce. They provide "true real-time connection" for integration between Salesforce and any system of record. They believe that only when front-end applications like Salesforce are deeply integrated with core back-end processes and data can people work and communicate in new ways, and they develop, introduce and deploy their own system to achieve this.

The company develops system products to facilitate integration between SAP and Salesforce. This system enables application integration without the need for back-end system work, and furthermore, with a unique architecture that combines replication and real-time, they reconstruct the design to link by reference rather than copying data (which can be difficult to develop and maintain). 自社製品の開発者として、以下の業務を担当していただきます。
・開発者として、Vigienceのプロジェクトリードの下、またはお客様のプロジェクトメンバーの一人として、小規模なプロジェクトチームで業務に取り組む
・要件のヒアリングと明確化
・ソフトウェアコンポーネントの詳細設計
・ソフトウェアコンポーネントの高品質なコーディング
・自作コードの品質保証
・コードの文書化
・Salesforceのプラットフォーム開発および必要なツールの自習・学習
・システムアーキテクチャ、詳細なソリューション設計、プロジェクトの成果物に関して、他のOvercast開発者やコンサルタントと協力すること
・毎日のプロジェクトチーム会議と必要に応じての追加アドホックミーティングへの参加

As a developer of the product, you will be responsible for the following:
・Working as a developer in a small project team under a Vigience project lead or as one of the client's project members
・Listening and clarifying requirements
・Detailed design of software components
・High-quality coding of software components
・Quality assurance of self-written code
・Documenting code
・Self-study and learning Salesforce platform development and required tools
・Collaborating with other Overcast developers and consultants on system architecture, detailed solution design and project deliverables
・Participating in daily project team meetings and additional ad-hoc meetings as needed

■必須条件:
・2年以上のソフトウェア開発経験及び知識
・大学卒業または同等の実務経験
・Java、C#、Apexによるソフトウェア開発および/またはビジネスソフトウェア実装の経験
・日本語での高いコミュニケーション能力
■歓迎条件:
・Salesforce.comの開発経験
・Apexプログラミング
・Salesforce Lightning
・英語(読解力/会話力があれば尚可)
■Requirements:
・2+ years of software development experience and knowledge
・University graduate or equivalent work experience
・Experience in software development and/or business software implementation using Java, C#, Apex
・High communication skills in Japanese
