～開発経験を活かしながら、開発から上流まで幅広くご経験を積みたいエンジニアを募集します～
【業務内容】
・顧客折衝/要件定義等の上流工程から開発/テストまで一気通貫でご担当いただきます。ご経験やご希望に応じて、設計のみや開発のみなど、特定フェーズに集中することもできます。
・既存クライアントからの改修案件(顧客へのニーズヒアリング、カスタマイズの要件定義、設計/開発など)
・新規クライアント案件(顧客へのニーズヒアリング、導入における要件定義、設計/開発など)
・開発したプロダクトにおける品質管理や、開発進捗管理など、プロジェクトにおいて責任をもって取り組んでいただくことができます

【勤務体制】
入社から1～3か月は出社、その後在宅/出社を選択いただきます。チームの出社日として月2回は出社いただきます。
~We are looking for engineers who want to gain a wide range of experience from development to upstream while making use of their development experience~
[Job Description]
・You will be responsible for the entire process from upstream processes such as customer negotiations/requirements definition to development/testing. Depending on your experience and preferences, you can also focus on specific phases such as design only or development only.
・Renovation projects from existing clients (listening to customer needs, defining requirements for customization, design/development, etc.)
・New client projects (listening to customer needs, defining requirements for implementation, design/development, etc.)
・You will be responsible for projects such as quality control of developed products and development progress management

【必須要件】
・ビジネスレベルの日本語力
・WEBアプリケーション開発3年程度(実務経験必須)
・要件定義、基本設計などの上流工程の経験
【歓迎要件】
・WEB系もしくはモバイル系業務におけるPL、PMなどのマネジメント経験を1年以上お持ちの方。
・5,000万円以上の案件に対するプロジェクトマネジメント経験(または同等の経験)をお持ちの方
