【業務内容】
・ご経験やご希望に応じて、顧客折衝/要件定義等の上流工程から開発/テストまで一気通貫、もしくは一部をご担当いただきます。
・既存クライアントからの改修案件(顧客へのニーズヒアリング、カスタマイズの要件定義、設計/開発など)
・新規クライアント案件(顧客へのニーズヒアリング、導入における要件定義、設計/開発など)

【勤務体制】
入社から1～3か月は出社、その後在宅/出社を選択いただきます。チームの出社日として月2回は出社いただきます。

[Job Description]
- Depending on your experience and preferences, you will be responsible for the entire process from upstream processes such as customer negotiations/requirements definition to development/testing, or part of it.
- Renovation projects from existing clients (listening to customers' needs, defining requirements for customization, design/development, etc.)
- New client projects (listening to customers' needs, defining requirements for implementation, design/development, etc.)

[Work system]
You will come to the office for 1-3 months after joining the company, and then you can choose to work from home or in the office. You will come to the office twice a month as your team's work days. |

Employment type: Full-time employee
Expected annual salary: 3.5 million yen to 5 million yen
Work location: Tokyo
Working hours: 7 hours and 30 minutes (flextime system/core time: 10:00 to 15:00)
