 仕事内容Job description |
新しい技術を利用したサービスの幅広いカスタマーへの展開。これを実現するには導入・運用・サポートの3つのステージでゼロからそのプロセスを、ハンズオンで作り上げなくてはなりません。このチームをDep-Ops (Deployment and Operations) と呼び、エンジニアの知識経験と、Project Managerの実行力を持ったメンバーの参加をお待ちしております。
【職務内容】
・新規開発のロボットの導入に関する導入・運用・サポートに関するプロセスを構築する
・ロボットの導入・運用に関する技術を理解し、マニュアルやトレーニングを作成する
・安全かつ効率的なオペレーションを模索し、カスタマーの環境に合わせたオペレーションを構築する
・サポート体制・パーツ共有を含めたサービス体制を構築する
・ロボット導入におけるハンズオンでのプロジェクトマネジメントおよび技術的支援を行う
・各ステージでの協力会社との交渉および管理を行う
・弊社ラボの運用のサポート
You will expand services using new technologies to a wide range of customers. To achieve this, you must build the process from scratch in three stages: introduction, operation, and support. This team is called Dep-Ops (Deployment and Operations), and the company is looking for members with the knowledge and experience of engineers and the execution skills of project managers to join us.
[Job Description]
- Build a process for introduction, operation, and support for the introduction of newly developed robots
- Understand the technology related to the introduction and operation of robots, and create manuals and training
- Explore safe and efficient operations, and build operations tailored to the customer's environment
- Build a service system including a support system and parts sharing
- Provide hands-on project management and technical support for robot introduction
- Negotiate and manage with partner companies at each stage

【必須要件】
・エンジニアとしての技術力
・機械・IT・電気・電子等での知識と経験。ジャンルは特定しませんがエンジニアとしての専門分野を持っていること
・機器導入やサービスでの現場経験
・プロジェクトのマネジメント経験
・コンピューティング(System / Linux / ・Networking)および機械(ロボット / コンベア)等に関する理解
・語学力必須(日本語:ネイティブ or JLPT 1級、英語: ビジネス+)
【歓迎スキル】
・ロボット・マテハン・生産ラインなどに関わる製造業・物流現場での経験
・ロボット・システム導入のプロジェクトマネジメント経験
・物流業界でのオペレーション構築の経験
サービスおよびサポートでの職務経験ならびにそのプロセスの構築経験
・電気・ネットワーク・建屋等の幅広い知識
・安全管理に関する知識

[Requirements]
- Technical skills as an engineer
- Knowledge and experience in machinery, IT, electricity, electronics, etc. No particular genre, but an engineer must have a specialized field
- On-site experience in equipment introduction and service
- Project management experience
- Understanding of computing (System / Linux / Networking) and machinery (robots / conveyors)
- Language skills required (Japanese: Native or JLPT Level 1, English: Business +) *You have to communicate with the customers in Japanese
[Preferred Requirements]
- Experience in manufacturing and logistics related to robots, material handling, production lines, etc.
- Project management experience for robot system introduction
- Experience building operations in the logistics industry
- Work experience in service and support and experience building the process
- Wide knowledge of electricity, networks, buildings, etc.
- Knowledge of safety management |
