現在業績が非常に好調であり、英会話スクール校を増やしていくだけではなく、留学事業や日本語学校スクールも拡大していきます。ビジネスを拡大していくためには、ミッションに共感し、いききと働いてくださる方が必要です。
採用担当者としてワンコイングリッシュの仲間を募集してくださるリクルーターの方を募集します。
具体的な業務としては、
・ 経営陣やHiring Managersなど、さまざまなステークホルダーとの議論、連携
・ 新卒・中途採用の採用施策やブランディング戦略を短期・中長期で企画、立案
・ 母集団形成(ソーシング)からオンボーディングまでの一連の採用プロセス管理
・ 人材エージェントとの交渉・調整
・ その他

In order to expand our business, we need people who sympathize with our mission and work enthusiastically. We are looking for recruiters who will recruit members of One Coin English as recruiters. Specific duties include: Discussing and collaborating with various stakeholders, such as management and hiring managers. Planning and formulating short-term, medium- to long-term recruitment measures and branding strategies for new graduates and mid-career hires. Managing the entire recruitment process from candidate formation (sourcing) to onboarding. Negotiating and coordinating with human resources agents. Other. You will be engaged in the above-mentioned tasks.
