オフショア開発拠点のベトナム現地法人で下記の業務を行なっていただきます。
<主な業務内容>
・プロジェクトの管理(顧客との打合せ、見積作成、プロジェクト進捗管理など)
・ベトナム拠点の管理(リソース管理、人事評価、採用管理、経営管理など)
・日本本社へのレポーティング
※幹部候補として、拠点全体のマネジメントを行なっていただきます。
<開発環境>
・開発言語:TypeScript、PHP、Python
・システム:顧客管理システム、受発注システムなど
・チーム構成:10名程度×2チーム

You will be performing the following duties at their offshore development base in Vietnam.
<Main duties>
- Project management (meeting with clients, creating estimates, managing project progress, etc.)
- Managing the Vietnam base (resource management, personnel evaluation, recruitment management, business management, etc.)
- Reporting to the Japanese headquarters
*As a candidate for executive position, you will be responsible for managing the entire base.
<Development environment>
- Development language: TypeScript, PHP, Python
- System: Customer management system, order receiving and placing system, etc.
- Team composition: 2 teams of about 10 people
