流通業向けのソフトウェア開発及び自動車向けECUの開発を行う当社のアプリケーションエンジニアとして、ビジネスイノベーションをリードしていただきます。
大手クライアント向け業務システムの開発において、大規模プロジェクトの開発経験を積むことができることも職務の魅力です。多様な業界にリーチし、企画、提案からフェーズに関わることができます。顧客ビジネスのイノベーションをサポートすることで、大きなやりがいを得られるポジションです。
■業務内容:
顧客事業の根幹を支える基幹システムをはじめとする大規模請負開発をメインとし、製造、小売流通、通販、介護、住宅等多様な業界の企画、要件定義～開発までワンストップで実施します。技術の選択肢や専門性の深さを活かして提案領域を広げているだけでなく、今までの経験を活かしたプログラミングに留まらず、新しい技術の検討や導入にも積極的にチャレンジすることができます。
■業務詳細:
・システム開発全般(開発方針の策定、要件定義/設計～リリースまで一連の作業)
・各開発チームのチーム運営(進捗状況確認、品質管理、課題調整、開発メンバーの技術サポート等)
・システムアーキテクチャや開発プロセスの改善活動の定義&推進

As an application engineer at our company, which develops software for the distribution industry and ECUs for automobiles, you will lead business innovation.

■Job Description:
We mainly work on large-scale contract development, including core systems that support the core of our customers' businesses, and we provide one-stop services from planning to requirements definition to development for a variety of industries, including manufacturing, retail distribution, mail order, nursing care, and housing. Not only are we expanding our proposal areas by leveraging our technical options and depth of expertise, but we are also able to actively challenge ourselves to consider and introduce new technologies, not just programming using our past experience.
■Job details:
- System development in general (formulation of development policy, requirements definition/design to release)
- Team management for each development team (progress check, quality control, issue adjustment, technical support for development members, etc.)
- Definition and promotion of improvement activities for system architecture and development process
