■業務概要:
当社の開発部隊で、プロジェクトマネジャーとして活躍頂きます。大手クライアント向け業務システムの開発において、大規模プロジェクトの開発経験を積むことができます。多様な業界にリーチし、企画・提案のフェーズから関わることができます。顧客ビジネスのイノベーションをサポートすることで、大きなやりがいを得られるポジションです。
■業務詳細:
顧客事業の根幹を支える基幹システムをはじめとする大規模請負開発をメインとし、製造、通販、小売流通、介護、住宅等多様な業界の企画、要件定義～開発までワンストップで実施します。技術の選択肢や専門性の深さを活かして提案領域を広げているだけでなく、新しい技術の検討や導入にも積極的にチャレンジすることができます。
・上流工程、ベンダー調整業務
・システム開発全般(開発方針の策定、要件定義/設計～リリースまで一連の作業)
・各開発チームのチーム運営(進捗状況確認、品質管理、課題調整、開発メンバーの技術サポート等)
・システムアーキテクチャや開発プロセスの改善活動の定義&推進

■Job Overview:
You will be working as a project manager in our development team. You will gain experience in developing large-scale projects in developing business systems for major clients. You will be able to reach a variety of industries and be involved from the planning and proposal phase. This is a position that will be very rewarding as you support the innovation of our clients' businesses.
■Job Details:
We will mainly be working on large-scale contract development, including core systems that support the core of our clients' businesses, and will provide one-stop services from planning, requirements definition to development for a variety of industries, including manufacturing, mail order, retail distribution, nursing care, and housing. Not only will we be able to expand our proposal areas by leveraging our technology options and depth of expertise, but we will also be able to actively challenge ourselves to consider and introduce new technologies.
・Upstream processes, vendor coordination work
・System development in general (formulation of development policy, requirements definition/design to release)
・Team management for each development team (progress check, quality control, issue adjustment, technical support for development members, etc.)
・Definition and promotion of improvement activities for system architecture and development process
