[Job description]
They are looking for an “Engineering Manager” to take charge of the front side of their news application.
You will be in charge of the engineering team in charge of the front side, which is directly related to the customer experience, and will be responsible for supporting the realization of plans, promoting design and development, and operating the service in an integrated manner.

They use a scrum development system with one-week sprints to achieve a fast and pleasant user and developer experience.
You will be responsible for improving the development process to improve quality, productivity, and the developer experience, as well as managing the engineering organization, including the training of young engineers.

Specifically,
- Team Management for Engineering Organizations
- Coaching/training of engineers
- Improvement of service quality and development process
- Development planning, system design, technology selection, system configuration, and review

- Experience in leading and managing a development team (training and evaluation)
- Experience in designing, developing, and operating web services/applications for toC businesses (regardless of scale)
- Experience in requirement definition, technology selection, and system architecture
- Experience in application defect investigation
- Experience in Go and TypeScript development

[Preferred requirements]
- Experience in Scrum development (especially, experience as a Scrum Master in continuously improving the team's bottom line/processes)
- Experience in system enhancement/improvement of technical debt risks, system risks, security risks, etc.
- Experience in performance tuning
