自社プロダクトであるニュースアプリのサーバーサイド・インフラ領域を中心とした技術チームの<エンジニアマネージャー>を募集しています。
サービス・システムの技術的な品質を担保するチームの組織マネジメントをお任せします。
全社の横断的な技術を掌るため、社内の他技術部門と調整しながら推進するチームとなります。
クラウドアーキテクトとして新しい技術選定の提案・システム導入に挑戦することができます。
具体的には、
- チームやプロジェクトを横断し、技術面のサポート・開発推進(優先度付やリスクマネジメントなど)
- テックリードと連携し、開発計画書・システム設計書・技術選定・システム構成の作成、およびレビュー
- 必要に応じてPull Requestレビュー
- 開発チームのリード、マネジメント、チームビルド、コーチング

[Job description]
They are looking for an <Engineer Manager> for a technical team focusing on the server side and infrastructure area of our news application product.
You will be responsible for the organizational management of the team that ensures the technical quality of the services and systems.
The team will be in charge of the company-wide cross-functional technology and will coordinate with other technical departments within the company to promote the team.
As a cloud architect, you will be able to take on the challenge of proposing new technology selection and system implementation.
Specifically,
- Provide technical support and drive development (prioritization, risk management, etc.) across teams and projects
- Work with tech lead to create and review development plans, system design documents, technology selection, and system configuration
- Pull Request review as needed.
- Lead, manage, team build, and coach development teams

 応募資格Requirement |
【必須要件】
・流暢なレベルの日本語力
・組織横断のプロジェクト推進経験もしくはマネジメント経験
・パブリッククラウドアーキテクチャスキル(ソフトウェアアーキテクチャは不要)
-AWS、あるいはその他クラウド環境で設計/構築が出来る
【歓迎要件】
・技術的なリスクを分析し、判断できること
-技術的負債のリスクやシステムが抱えるリスク、セキュリティリスク等
・大量のトラフィックを捌き、可用性や回復性を上げるためのインフラスキル
・DNS・ネットワーク(L3 ~ L7)等のネットワークプロトコルへの理解
・データベースの運用、パフォーマンスチューニング経験
・LPIC Level2, LPIC Level3 303(セキュリティ)と306(可用性や耐障害性)に関する実務経験
[Requirements]
- Fluent level of Japanese
- Experience in project promotion or management across organizations
- Public cloud architecture skills (software architecture not required)
Ability to design/build in AWS or other cloud environments
[Preferred requirements]
- Ability to analyze and determine technical risks.
Risks of technical debt, risks that the system may have, security risks, etc.
- Infrastructure skills to handle high volumes of traffic and increase availability and resiliency
- Understanding of network protocols such as DNS, networking (L3 ~ L7), etc.
- Experience in database operations and performance tuning
- Experience in LPIC Level2, LPIC Level3 303 (security) and 306 (availability and resiliency) |
