[Job description]
As an engineer in charge of the PC and smartphone web versions of our news application, you will be responsible for the development of the application, from BFF to front-end system, in an integrated manner.

They use a scrum development system with one-week sprints to achieve a fast and pleasant user and developer experience.
In order to achieve highly efficient development, we are challenging to deliver value to our customers while reducing the boundary between server side and front end.
They are not only developing and operating products, but also collaborating with other departments to improve the quality of our services and development productivity,
You will be involved in a wide range of activities to improve the value of morning digital.

Specifically
- Development planning, system design, technology selection, system configuration, and review
- Coding and code review (from server side to web client)
- Improvement of service quality and development process

[Technology Stack]
Infrastructure: AWS (Terraform configuration management is implemented)
Languages: Go, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, PHP, Swift, Kotlin, etc.

応募資格Requirement [Requirements]
- Fluent level of Japanese language skills
- Experience in design/development/operation of web services/applications in the toC business
- Experience in designing/developing systems that handle large amounts of user traffic and data
- Experience in requirement definition, technology selection, and system architecture design
- Experience in application defect investigation
- Experience leading development teams and projects
- Experience with Go and TypsScript

[Preferred requirements]
- Scrum development experience
- Experience in system enhancement/improvement such as technical debt risk, risks that the system may have, security risks, etc.
- Experience in performance tuning such as improvement of Core Web Vitals
