当社の機械で作ることが出来る、ペットボトルに代表される「プラスチックボトル」を設計、解析する仕事です。
【業務詳細】■成形品(製品)仕様、図面の作成及び出図計画の製作及び実施
■成形品に関する機械及び金型仕様の提案
■設計原図の保管管理
■技術資料、研究資料の作成及び収集発行、整理保管
■立会検査への対応、営業活動支援業務
■CAEによる解析(ボトルの座屈解析や落下強度解析等)
This job involves designing and analyzing "plastic bottles," such as PET bottles, which can be made with our machines.
[Job details]■Creating molded product (product) specifications, drawings, and creating and implementing drawing plans
■Proposing machine and mold specifications for molded products
■Storage and management of original design drawings
■Creating, collecting, issuing, and storing technical and research materials
■Responding to on-site inspections, and supporting sales activities
■Analysis using CAE (bottle buckling analysis, drop strength analysis, etc.) |
 応募資格Requirement |
【必須要件】
■3次元CAD経験者(PTC社製、CREOの経験者であれば尚可)
(図面の作成経験自体は不問)
■CAE陽解法実務経験者(3年以上)及び十分な解法知識を有している者
■工学、理学系大卒以上

■海外拠点との協調作業のための英語力(日常会話レベル)

[Required requirements]
■3D CAD experience (experience with PTC and CREO is preferred)
(experience in creating drawings is not required)
■Practical experience with CAE explicit method (3 years or more) and sufficient knowledge of solutions
■Engineering or science graduate or above
[Preferred requirements]
■English skills (daily conversation level) for collaboration with overseas bases
