 仕事内容Job description |
■プラスチックボトル成形機の金型設計業務を行っていただきます。
【具体的には】■CADを使用したプリフォーム設計、自社製品用金型部品検討・設計
■設計協力会社(国外含む)への設計依頼。納品された書類・図面の確認
■担当した型の顧客との打合せ、製作時や成形トライ時に発生する諸問題の対応
■コストダウンや使いやすさを考慮した設計の見直し
■国外子会社との設計業務対応(メールでのやりとり、出張や出向も有り)
■その他金型設計に関わる業務全般
■You will be responsible for designing molds for plastic bottle molding machines.
[Specifically]■Preform design using CAD, consideration and design of mold parts for our own products
■Requesting designs from design partner companies (including overseas). Checking delivered documents and drawings
■Meeting with customers for molds in charge, dealing with various issues that arise during production and molding trials
■Reviewing designs with consideration for cost reduction and ease of use
■Handling design work with overseas subsidiaries (email correspondence, business trips and secondments may also be involved)
■Other general work related to mold design |
 応募資格Requirement |
【必須】
■設計や金型加工業務経験者 3年以上
※製図に関する基本を理解している/2D CADを使用した製図が可能
■英語(メールでのやりとりができるレベル)
■工学、理学系大卒以上
[Required]
■ 3+ years of experience in design or mold processing
*Understand the basics of drafting/Ability to draft using 2D CAD
■ English (enough to communicate by email)
■ Graduated from a university in engineering or science |
