【お仕事の内容】
海外代理店のマネジメントが主な業務になります。
営業活動は各国の代理店に任せており、代理店の売上向上に向けた技術面での営業フォローをお任せします。
・担当国…欧米、アジア、中南米のいずれかを想定しています。
時差の影響が少ない地域では電話でのやり取り、時差が激しい地域はメールでのやり取りが多いです。
日頃はWEB会議も利用しコミュニケーションをとっております。
・海外出張…必要に応じて現地出張の可能性もあります。(年4～5回想定)
■入社後の流れ
商材知識の習得のため、埼玉の技術開発拠点にて1年程研修を行います。
海外代理店に対して当社製品の説明や代理店で解決できないお客様への技術的なフォローをしていただくために、
必要な知識は研修を通して丁寧にお教えします。その為、未経験者も歓迎です。
※この期間会社負担で賃貸物件に住んでいただくことも可能です。

Your main duties will be managing overseas agents.
Sales activities are left to the agents in each country, and you will be responsible for providing technical sales support to increase the agents' sales.
-Responsible country: Europe, America, Asia, or Central and South America.
In areas where the time difference has little impact, communication will be by phone, while in areas where the time difference is significant, communication will mostly be by email.
They also use web conferences for daily communication.
-Overseas business trips: There is a possibility of local business trips if necessary. (Expected 4-5 times a year)
■ Process after joining the company
You will undergo training for about a year at their technology development center in Saitama to acquire product knowledge.
The necessary knowledge will be carefully taught through training so that you can explain their products to overseas distributors and provide technical support to customers who cannot be resolved by the distributors.
Therefore, people with no experience are also welcome.
*It is also possible to live in a rental property during this period at the company's expense. |
