仕事内容Job description You will mainly be responsible for managing members at your assigned airport.

・Planning measures to improve work efficiency
・Work contact with each team leader and sharing the aircraft for the day
・Responding to problems with our services and providing guidance on work improvement
・Responding to internal and external audits
・Monthly meetings with aviation-related companies
・Time attendance management

・Evaluation, training, etc.

■Work immediately after joining the company
First, you will be in charge of work that you are familiar with from your past experience, and since you will be directly subordinate to the branch manager, you will receive full support including OJT.
