お客様の課題解決に向け、各領域のコンサルタントやエンジニアがチームを組み、新規事業企画、業務改革・改善やIT企画～システム導入推進～評価・定着化まで幅広い業務を提供します。
① 現状分析と課題の把握
② 課題解決に向けたアイデア抽出や施策の検討
③ ロードマップの策定～実行支援
お客様と様々なディスカッションし、ビジネス課題に対してテクノロジを活用した解決策を考えることに面白さを感じられる人には、やりがいを持って取り組んでいただける業務だと思います。
※コンサルティング業務では、システム開発の経験や知識を活かせる場面も多くありますので、コンサルティングに興味のあるエンジニアの方の応募もお待ちしています。
■ ビジネスデザイナー(事業企画の策定、業務改革・改善など)

In order to solve our customers' problems, consultants and engineers from various fields will form a team and provide a wide range of services, from new business planning, business reform and improvement, IT planning, system implementation promotion, evaluation and establishment.

③ Roadmap creation and implementation support

・業務コンサルタント経験/ITコンサルタント経験
・課題解決、事業企画、IT企画/構想策定、AI活用、RFP作成支援、BPR、ベンダー
マネジメント等
・営業～プリセールス～デリバリーまでの自走経験
【歓迎要件】
・基幹業務に関するERP導入経験やコンサルティング経験(会計領域、サプライチェ
ーン領域等)
・プロジェクトマネジメント経験(業種・領域・規模問わず)
特定のIT技術に関わるスキル、特定のIT領域や業務領域の知見(領域・程度問わず
)
・組織マネージメント経験(事業戦略立案、組織運営、事業の拡大や推進 等)
・高度IT資格(ITストラテジスト、システム監査、PMPなど)の保持
[Required requirements]
-Business level or higher Japanese language skills
-Experience as a business consultant/IT consultant
-Problem solving, business planning, IT planning/planning, AI utilization, RFP creation support, BPR, vendor management, etc.
-Self-driving experience from sales to pre-sales to delivery
[Preferred requirements]
-Experience in ERP implementation or consulting related to core business (accounting, supply chain, etc.)
-Project management experience (regardless of industry, area, or scale)
Skills related to specific IT technologies, knowledge of specific IT areas or business areas (regardless of area or degree)
-Experience in organizational management (business strategy planning, organizational management, business expansion and promotion, etc.)
-Possession of advanced IT qualifications (IT strategist, system audit, PMP, etc.) |
