クラウドをベースとした企業のインフラ基盤戦略の立案・実行に取り組み、お客様のビジネス革新に積極的にコミットし、インフラ基盤の構築、各種ソリューション導入、保守運用までをワンストップで行います。メーカー系、官公庁、自治体、金融系など幅広い業界の大手クライアントの大規模システム構築プロジェクトが中心であり、インフラ領域でのリーダーシップを発揮することが期待されています。
具体的には、以下のような業務に携わります。
・インフラエンジニアとしてプロジェクトを担当しながら、顧客ニーズに応える戦略立案やチームのマネジメント・メンバーの育成
・AWSやAzureを活用した基幹システム/ポータルサイトなどの設計、構築、保守開発、運用
・プロジェクトの計画・立案・実行・完了までの一連の業務、要件ヒアリング、プロジェクト管理
・導入後の運用最適化を担う案件での新技術やコスト削減の提案
また、エンジニア組織の強化と組織マネジメントにも注力します。メンバー育成及びマネジメントを行いながら、エンジニア組織の更なる強化につながる施策を実行し、組織マネジメント全般に携わることが求められます。
加えて、チームタスクの管理や技術面でのメンバーサポートも重要なミッションです。プロダクトオーナー、システムアーキテクト、ソフトウェアエンジニア、SRE、クラウドインフラエンジニア、プロジェクトマネージャー、セールスエンジニア、カスタマーサポートなど多様な専門スキルを持つメンバーと協働しながら、開発・運用を進めていきます。
We will work on planning and executing cloud-based infrastructure strategies for companies, actively commit to our customers' business innovation, and provide one-stop services from infrastructure construction, introduction of various solutions, to maintenance and operation. We mainly work on large-scale system construction projects for major clients in a wide range of industries, including manufacturers, government agencies, local governments, and finance, and are expected to demonstrate leadership in the infrastructure field.
Specifically, you will be involved in the following tasks.
- While taking charge of projects as an infrastructure engineer, you will plan strategies to meet customer needs and manage teams and train members.
- Design, build, maintain, develop, and operate core systems/portal sites using AWS and Azure.
- A series of tasks from project planning, planning, execution, and completion, requirements hearing, and project management.
- Propose new technologies and cost reductions for projects that optimize operations after implementation.
We will also focus on strengthening the engineering organization and organizational management. While training and managing members, you will be required to implement measures that will further strengthen the engineering organization and be involved in overall organizational management.
In addition, managing team tasks and providing technical support to members are also important missions. We will proceed with development and operations in collaboration with members with a wide range of specialized skills, including product owners, system architects, software engineers, SREs, cloud infrastructure engineers, project managers, sales engineers, and customer support. |

【必須要件】
・ビジネスレベル以上の日本語力
・5名～10名程度体制のリーダー経験がある
・クラウドアーキテクチャの検討/構築/実装経験が1年以上ある
・ネットワーク/ストレージ・DB/OS/セキュリティいづれかに関する設計構築経
験が5年以上ある
・提案活動から要件定義、設計、実装～リリース、運用保守までの工程の経験がある
・ユーザ折衝、メンバー管理、BP管理などPM業務全般の経験がある
・プロジェクトリード/プロジェクトマネジメントのご経験がある

[Required requirements]
-Business level or higher Japanese language skills
-Experience leading a team of 5 to 10 people
-Over 1 year experience in cloud architecture review/construction/implementation
-Over 5 years experience in design and construction of network/storage, DB/OS/security
-Experience in processes from proposal activities to requirements definition, design, implementation, release, and operation and maintenance
-Experience in general PM work such as user negotiations, member management, and BP management
-Experience in project lead/project management
