仕事内容Job description As a PM, you will be engaged in project management work. The company has a high ratio of prime projects, so you will be responsible for everything from customer negotiations.

・Catch up on problems and issues from conversations with customers, and solve/propose solutions with a wide range of knowledge (systems/facilities/people/operations/costs) without specializing in systems.
・Respond with the idea of ​​appropriately allocating structures and assignments depending on the situation of the project.
応募資格Requirement [Required requirements]
-Business level or higher Japanese language skills
-Persons with at least one year of management experience as a PL or PM in web or mobile-based work. (Even if you have little experience, if you have experience in sub-positions such as PL or PM, you can start as a playing manager.)
-Persons with at least one year of experience in web-based business development languages ​​such as Java, PHP, Ruby, iOS app development in Swift/Objective-C, and Android app development in Kotlin.

[Preferred requirements]
-Persons who have little experience in managing PL or PM but would like to become a manager as part of their future career plans.
-Persons with at least three years of experience as PL or PM in system development for web-based (Java, PHP, Ruby) and mobile-based (iOS: Swift/Objective-C, Android: Kotlin/Android Java) systems.
-Persons with experience in agile (scrum) development.
-Persons with knowledge of integrated ID management.
-Persons with experience in implementing and developing authentication infrastructure services.
