メーカー系、通信キャリア、官公庁、自治体、インターネットコンテンツ系、金融系など幅広い業界の大手クライアントをメインクライアントとした各種大規模システム構築プロジェクトを中心に、アプリケーションエンジニアとして活躍いただきます。
同社では、経験豊富な30～40歳代のPM陣を中心に、システム企画/コンサルティングを含めた最上流工程よりプロジェクトに参画しています。各大手のメーカー、通信キャリア、流通、自治体との直接取引や大手SIとの協業を通じて、より高い品質の技術基盤と組織を構築していくという事を直近の事業戦略として打ち立てています。そのため、今回のポジションでは上流SEによる技術研修や現場の先輩社員からのOJT研修などを受けていただき、将来的に上流エンジニア/コンサルタントとして活躍いただくことを前提としています。中長期的なスキルアップ/キャリア構築に関しては、個々人の希望を踏まえてどのプロジェクトをお任せするか、というところから設定していきます。優秀なエンジニアと働いていきたい、最新技術を身につけたい、ビッグプロジェクトを経験したいという方には、非常に適した環境となります。

You will be working as an application engineer on various large-scale system construction projects with major clients in a wide range of industries, including manufacturers, communication carriers, government agencies, local governments, Internet content, and finance.
At the company, experienced PMs in their 30s and 40s are mainly involved in projects from the most upstream process, including system planning/consulting. The company's immediate business strategy is to build a higher quality technical foundation and organization through direct transactions with major manufacturers, communication carriers, distribution, and local governments, and collaboration with major SIs. Therefore, this position assumes that you will receive technical training from upstream SEs and OJT training from senior employees on the ground, and will be active as an upstream engineer/consultant in the future. Regarding medium- to long-term skill development/career building, we will start by deciding which projects to assign based on each individual's wishes. This is a very suitable environment for those who want to work with excellent engineers, acquire the latest technology, and experience big projects.
Our organization is primarily made up of experienced consultants/engineers, and we have built up know-how in the consulting/PM fields. We also have many direct clients and have collaborated with major system integrators, so the greatest attraction of this position is that you will be able to gain experience from the most upstream process onwards. |

【必須要件】
・ビジネスレベル以上の日本語力
・Java,PHP,RubyなどのWeb系業務開発言語の経験を1年以上お持ちの方。
・上記言語のフレームワーク(Java:Spring/Struts、PHP:cakePHP/Laravel
、Ruby:Ruby on Rails)での開発経験を1年以上お持ちの方。
・Swift/Objective-CのiOSアプリ系開発、KotlinなどのAndroidアプリ開発の経験を1年
以上お持ちの方。

・リーダーのご経験を有するかた、またはリーダー業務にチャレンジしたい方。
上記Web系業務開発言語及びPythonの経験を1年以上お持ちで、フレームワークを
使用したフロントエンド言語(#script tag escaped#jQuery/React/Vue.js /
Angular/node、CSS:Bootstrap)での開発経験を1年以上お持ちの方。
・アジャイル(スクラム)開発経験をお持ちの方。
・統合ID管理の知識をお持ちの方。
・認証基盤サービスの導入や開発経験をお持ちの方。
[Required requirements]
-Business level or higher Japanese language skills
-Over 1 year experience with web-based business development languages such as Java, PHP, Ruby.
-Over 1 year development experience with frameworks for the above languages (Java: Spring/Struts, PHP: cakePHP/Laravel, Ruby: Ruby on Rails).
-Over 1 year experience with iOS app development in Swift/Objective-C and Android app development in Kotlin etc.
[Preferred requirements]
-Leadership experience or those who want to challenge themselves in leadership roles.
Over 1 year experience with the above web-based business development languages and Python, and over 1 year development experience with front-end languages using frameworks (#script tag escaped#jQuery/React/Vue.js /
Angular/node, CSS: Bootstrap).
-Agile (Scrum) development experience.
-Knowledge of integrated ID management.
-Experience in implementing and developing authentication infrastructure services. |
