仕事内容Job description [Job Description]
You will be a Field Service Engineer responsible for customer service and technical maintenance.

You will join the service team and support the Quantum Cryogenic product line. This position will be based in Yokohama, supporting Japan and the Asia Pacific region. Training for this position will take place in Colorado and Massachusetts, USA.

• Support the world-class Quantum Cryogenic product line
• Independently perform preventive and corrective maintenance at customer sites
• Installation and commissioning of cryogenic systems, including final acceptance and release of complete products and assemblies, in accordance with testing and acceptance regulations.
• Preparation of commissioning protocols and acceptance reports
• Technical training and guidance for customers
• Troubleshooting and repair of our equipment through phone support and at customer sites
• Conducting and monitoring technical escalations
• Maintaining excellent customer relationships
• Responsible for timely handling, documentation and management of service calls and scheduled maintenance
• Actively collaborate with other departments such as Engineering, R&D and Assembly to ensure continuous product improvement.
• Regular participation in qualification standards

・Technical degree in engineering or science (quantum computing knowledge is a plus)
・5+ years of field service engineer experience (repairs, customer support, etc.)
・Experience in remote environments (comfortable working alone, with different languages, different time zones)
・Experience with semiconductor equipment (e.g. Nikon experience is a plus)
・Able to lift 20 pounds
・Required Japanese ability: Business
・Required English ability: Business
