<業務内容>
システム開発やテスト、ネットワーク構築、システム運用・保守、データベース運用・管理、ヘルプデスクをはじめ、製品評価、分析等の技術系の業務を中心に行っていただきます。

<インフラエンジニアとは>
インターネットの仕組みを作る為に使用される機器には、通信の中継をするネットワーク機器と、実際にサービスを提供するサーバがあります。このようなネットワークやサーバなど企業間におけるITインフラ、つまり情報ネットワークの基盤にあたる部分を担当するスペシャリストがインフラエンジニアです。いわば企業のビジネスを支える、縁の下の力持ちのような存在です。
<入社後研修内容>
・入社後最大3ヶ月(2～3ヶ月目は高度研修受講者のみ)は研修期間となっており、IT基礎研修は4種類の研修が用意されております。基礎研修の成績によって、よりエンジニアとして市場価値を高められる高度研修もございます。(配属後でも受講可能)
▼CCNA研修
ネットワークの基礎を理解し、ネットワーク機器の導入・設定、トラブルシューティングのスキルを身に着けます。CCNA資格取得を目指します。
▼クラウド・サーバ(Linux)研修
Linuxおよびネットワークの基礎を理解し、Linuxサーバの運用・保守のスキルを身に着けます。Linux技術者認定資格の取得を目指します。

企業活動の根幹を担う基幹システムの知識と技術を身に着けます。▼Salesforce研修
世界トップシェアの顧客管理システムのプラットフォーム「Salesforce」を使用し、Salesforce認定資格「Salesforce認定アドミニストレーター」の取得を第一ステップとして、Salesforce認定App Builder資格相当の知識と技術を学びます

<What is an Infrastructure Engineer?>
The equipment used to build the internet includes network equipment that relays communications, and servers that actually provide services. Infrastructure engineers are specialists who handle the IT infrastructure between companies, such as networks and servers, in other words the foundation of the information network. They are, so to speak, the unsung heroes who support a company's business.
<Training Content After Joining>
・A training period of up to 3 months after joining (months 2–3 are for advanced training participants only). Four types of IT basic training are available. Depending on the results of basic training, advanced training is also available to further enhance your market value as an engineer. (Can also be taken after assignment.)
▼CCNA Training
You will understand the basics of networks and acquire skills in introducing and configuring network equipment and troubleshooting. Aim to obtain the CCNA certification.
▼Cloud / Server (Linux) Training
You will understand the basics of Linux and networks and acquire skills in operating and maintaining Linux servers. Aim to obtain the Linux technician certification.
▼In-house SE Training
You will acquire knowledge and skills in core business systems that form the foundation of corporate activities. ▼Salesforce Training
Using "Salesforce," the customer management system platform with the world's top market share, you will aim first for the Salesforce certification "Salesforce Certified Administrator" as a first step, and learn knowledge and skills equivalent to the Salesforce Certified App Builder certification.
※The training you will take is determined by confirming your preference during the company selection process and pre-joining interview.

Employment type: Full-time employee
Salary: 21万4千円～27万円 (other allowances apply). Estimated annual salary 250万円～400万円

(Immediately after hiring) Client offices in the Tohoku, Kanto, Tokai, Kansai, Chugoku, and Kyushu regions
(Those in the Greater Tokyo or Kansai areas may choose whether or not to relocate.)
※Work will be at client sites within each area.
(Scope of change) All locations designated by the company
In principle, working hours and work style follow the rules of the place of employment.
