[Recruitment Background]
Currently, the world's art assets are worth 1.7 trillion US dollars, and art has proven to be an attractive asset class. In addition, the contemporary art market has seen a remarkable boom on a global scale, especially since the 2000s. Despite this boom, it is said that the actual total amount of circulation is only 3-4% of the total due to various barriers.

By lowering the barriers to cross-border art investment and collection in this 1.7 trillion US dollar art market, we aim to create new fluidity in the art industry and realize our mission of "allowing artists to advance globally and develop their careers."

Currently, we have about 20 members, consisting of Business / Product / Corporate / Operation teams, and are in the phase of accelerating recruitment and expanding our organization in order to expand our business in the future.

The Product team is currently working to create a new product from scratch that has the potential to become a larger business than our existing products, while also linking it with existing products. Although we have a rough idea, we are looking for someone who can put it into shape (we want to quickly launch a product centered on a smartphone app, so we are considering starting with development using Flutter).

*We can borrow resources from existing members for parts that link with existing products (web applications), but we would like the new member to lead the development while also considering linking with existing products.

● Team up with the business manager of a new product to shape the product from 0 to 1 and grow it
● Product design, development, operation, and improvement (front and back) * 3 years or more practical experience
・Design and development of new functions/services/projects
・Operation and improvement of existing products
● Infrastructure design, construction, operation, and improvement (server side) * 1 year or more practical experience
・Infrastructure design and construction for product development
・Operation and improvement to maintain availability
● Construction, operation, and improvement of CI/CD and test environments * 1 year or more practical experience
・Construction, operation, and improvement of a stable CI/CD environment
・Construction, operation, and improvement of a comprehensive test environment

・Be able to team up with the business manager to launch the product from 0 to 1 (Although it is independent from the existing product, we expect it to scale faster and stronger than simply 0 to 1 because the effect of collaboration is large)
