【募集背景】
現在、世界のアート資産は1兆7,000億米ドルの規模を持ち、さらにアートは資産クラスとして魅力的であるということが証明されています。また、特にゼロ年代以降においては、世界規模での現代アートマーケットの顕著な盛り上がりが見られます。その活況の一方で、様々な障壁により、実際の流通総額は全体の3〜4%にとどまると言われています。
当社はこの1兆7,000億米ドルのアートマーケットにおいて、国境を超えたアート投資・コレクション領域のハードルを下げることで、アート業界に新たな流動性を生み出し、Missionに掲げる「アーティストの世界進出やキャリア形成」を実現します。
現在約20名規模のメンバーが在籍しており、Bussiness / Product / Corporate / Operation のチームで構成され、今後の事業拡大の為、採用の加速・組織の拡大をしていくフェーズにあります。
Productチームでは、既存プロダクトとの連携もありつつ、既存プロダクト以上の事業規模になる可能性を秘める新規プロダクトを0→1でつくるべく動いている最中です。おおよその構想自体はあるものの、形にしていける方(スマホアプリを主軸にしたプロダクトをクイックに立ち上げたく、スタートはFlutterによる開発を想定)を求めています。

プロダクトの拡大に伴い、中長期では採用や技術/ピープルマネジメントも担っていただく形になるとイメージしています。

Our company has a vision that "creativity has no borders" and provides various art services to artists with all kinds of potential to be active not only in their own countries but all over the world.
Our main product, Global Art Marketplace, is a registration-based e-commerce platform specializing in contemporary art. Currently, it has 9,000 registered artists and is used by people from over 126 countries, and has the largest market share in Asia.
We also operate Resale, a secondary distribution market for contemporary art, and 9s Gallery, a gallery.

[Recruitment Background]
Currently, the world's art assets are worth 1.7 trillion US dollars, and art has proven to be an attractive asset class. In addition, the contemporary art market has seen a remarkable boom on a global scale, especially since the 2000s. Despite this boom, it is said that the actual total amount of circulation is only 3-4% of the total due to various barriers.
By lowering the barriers to cross-border art investment and collection in this 1.7 trillion US dollar art market, we aim to create new fluidity in the art industry and realize our mission of "allowing artists to advance globally and develop their careers."
Currently, we have about 20 members, consisting of Business / Product / Corporate / Operation teams, and are in the phase of accelerating recruitment and expanding our organization in order to expand our business in the future.
The Product team is currently working to create a new product from scratch that has the potential to become a larger business than our existing products, while also linking it with existing products. Although we have a rough idea, we are looking for someone who can put it into shape (we want to quickly launch a product centered on a smartphone app, so we are considering starting with development using Flutter).

*We can borrow resources from existing members for parts that link with existing products (web applications), but we would like the new member to lead the development while also considering linking with existing products.
As the product expands, we imagine that in the medium to long term, you will also be responsible for recruitment and technology/people management. |

・事業責任者と2人でタッグを組んでプロダクトの0→1の立ち上げをしていけること (既存プロダクトからは独立しているものの、連携による効果が大きく臨めるため、単に0→1よりも早くかつ強くスケールしていくことを予想しています)
・海外展開も想定/展開可能性が見えており、数少ない世界で使われる日本発のtoCプロダクトになっていく可能性があること
・20人規模の比較的少数精鋭のチームのため個人の裁量が大きく、自分が提案したアイディアが形になっていく現場に携わっていくことができます。また、チーム一丸となったプロダクト開発によって、自己および他社の幸福を実現する達成感を身を持って体現することができます。

Although it is independent from the existing product, we expect it to scale faster and stronger than simply 0 to 1 because the effect of collaboration is large)

- Because it is a relatively small and elite team of 20 people, individual discretion is large, and you can be involved in the site where the ideas you propose are shaped.
