You will be a recruitment and job change consultant who will connect global talent with companies, by working closely with both client companies and job seekers.
*You can also apply for either the career advisor position, which deals with job seekers, or the recruiting advisor (sales) position, which deals with clients.

■About client companies
There are a variety of companies, including growing startups, foreign-affiliated companies, large and small companies, and others who need foreign nationals or bilingual Japanese. We receive requests for talent to support companies in major turning points and new challenges, such as business expansion, new business launches, overseas expansion, and organizational strengthening.

■About job seekers
We interview a wide range of job seekers, including people in their 20s who want to use English to build their careers, high-class and middle-class people who want to take on positions that utilize their overseas experience and their own expertise, people with managerial experience, and executives close to the management level. You will interview both foreign and Japanese job seekers.

▼Defining job requirements with clients
We listen to the management policies, business strategies, and personnel information of the company and department, and together we define what kind of personnel should be welcomed for what positions. We also provide consulting on mid-career recruitment in general, not just specific job offers.
▼Candidate search
We search for personnel who match the recruitment needs of the client company from our database and other job search sites. In addition, we also conduct interviews with candidates from advertising, affiliates, and SEO.
▼Interview with candidates
We conduct interviews with candidates who respond to the talent search. There, we conduct career inventory, proposals, and application support, while also building connections and career consulting through long-term support. In addition to our own client company's cases, we also work with internal members to introduce multifaceted cases.
▼Introducing candidates to client companies
Once we have confirmed the intention to apply to the client company through communication with the candidate, we will make a recommendation as it is. We will check the progress of the selection process, such as interview settings, at any time, and provide support from job offer to job offer acceptance to joining the company.

*Corporate sales experience is preferred
-Those with a certain level of career experience in our client industry

*Those with a career in IT engineer, data scientist, marketing, creative, medical professional, manufacturing technology, financial professional, administrative department occupation, etc.

条件・待遇Condition Trial period: 6 months (the condition does not change)
Location: Tokyo or Full remote (We are planning to rent an office in Tokyo in May 2024)

Holiday vacation:
・ Complete weekly two-day system (Saturday and Sunday), public holidays
・ Annual paid leave (10 days in the first year)
・ Others (GW, summer, year-end and New Year holidays, condolences, etc.)
