仕事内容Job description [Job description]
The company is looking for people with the ambition to develop robots that make up automated warehouses as an advanced solution with high customer value and create new value.
・Work with highly interdisciplinary engineering teams to design and develop advanced mechanical systems.
・Collaboration with external designers, suppliers, and manufacturers
・Create calculations or simulations to ensure mechanical design performance of static and dynamic parts considering DFA/DFM
・Create 3D models, assembly drawings, part drawings, and tolerance stack-up analysis of product designs
・Verify and validate prototypes with QA team
・Consider development of mass-produced products considering reliability, maintainability, and life cycle costs
応募資格Requirement 【Requirements (MUST)】
・Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Engineering degree not required if work experience exceeds minimum requirements)
・3+ years of product development experience with emphasis on electromechanical automation devices (Automotive, Aerospace, Service Robotics industry is preferred)
・Ability to act independently and collaborate with a team of multiple engineers
・Ability to think systematically, be result-oriented, and work on details
・High self-motivation and proven analytical problem-solving skills
・Business level Japanese

【Preferred conditions】
・Experience using Solidworks or equivalent CAD software and strength analysis and other analysis experience
・Experience in mass production design and production start-up of consumer products
・Experience in machining
・Experience in designing and developing robots/mechanical systems using plastics
・Basic English and a desire to learn English
