仕事内容Job description This position is a link between the operations staff and the client in a team that provides customer support (mainly game apps) and post-monitoring!

As a supervisor, you will manage the team's operations and report and consult with the client on the front line. The company's supervisors are not only responsible for managing staff work and attendance, but also for being at the front line of projects! You will be able to take the lead in meetings regarding daily and monthly reports, which will also lead to skill development!

The team supports multiple languages, and the staff are of various nationalities.
You will use Chinese and English on a daily basis to communicate client requests and manage the team to improve its efficiency.

In terms of the frequency of use of each language, you will mainly use Chinese to work with end users and the in-house translation team, Japanese with clients, and English and Japanese with vendor companies.

[About this position]
The client is a Japanese company, and we have been entrusted with multilingual support for game apps and post monitoring.
You will translate requests and shared information from clients into English and convey them to staff, and manage to improve services to the level of quality required by Japanese companies.

Operation staff will mainly manage and administer vendor companies, such as the remote Chinese translation team, our overseas subsidiaries, and overseas partner companies.
Daily interactions will involve text and verbal communication using online tools such as Skype and Google Meet, so you will always work in Chinese, English, and Japanese.
