【Company Overview】
The company has focused on "quality assurance" from early on in the development-driven IT industry, and has standardized and structured its quality assurance operations, thereby growing into a company that is unique in the IT industry. Compared to the 2.1 billion yen in the fiscal year ended August 2014, when the company was listed on Mothers, by the fiscal year ending August 2023, consolidated net sales will be more than 40 times (88 billion yen), the number of group companies will exceed 35, and the number of consolidated employees will exceed 10,000, all at a phenomenal pace. One of the key strategies that have contributed to this growth is M&A. As of August 31, 2023, they had acquired nine companies on a TSE timely disclosure basis, making us one of the largest M&A firms in Japan.
Currently, they are expanding their business domain, not only in quality assurance, but also in DX/IT consulting and development, and through M&A, they are expanding their service lineup to include design, marketing, customer support, and data analysis. Most recently, they have also launched a management consulting business that offers their expertise in corporate growth.

【仕事内容】
この度、更なる成長を見据えたグループ経営管理体制として、 グループ会社のバリューアップを担う部署を新規開設いたします。グループ経営管理の特徴は「『遠心力』と『求心力』のハイブリッド」です。親会社と子会社のような上下関係を作らずグループ会社の個性を尊重する「遠心力」と、グループのアセットを徹底的に共有財産化する「求心力」のバランスが重要であると考えています。新規開設部署の責任者候補となる本ポジションの方には、このバランスを大切にしつつ、M&Aでジョインしたグループ会社の FP&Aやガバナンスに加え、グループ会社の企業価値向上を様々な角度から牽引していただきます 。人事本部と相談・連携しながら組織の設計や評価制度を整備するほか、経営課題に応じた経営教育の企画・運営、グループ貢献度に応じたインセンティブの設計など、 事業内容・企業規模・組織の成熟度が異なる各グループ会社に対して最適な施策の立案・検討から実行まで担っていただきつつ、部下のラインマネジメントも行っていただきます 。
【具体的な業務内容】
①グループ会社のバリューアップ
・グループ会社の経営陣や主要メンバーに対する経営教育の企画・運営
・人事本部と連携しグループ貢献度に応じたインセンティブ(役員評価・ESOPなど)の設計
・経営課題に対応した組織の最適化、HRマネジメント施策の立案・実行
・FP&A(KPIや業績管理、年間予算策定、経営数字分析)や会議体運営のマネジメント
②新部署設立に伴う自組織作り
・MVV(ミッション・ビジョン・バリュー)の策定とKPI/KGIの設計
目標管理、定量・定性での進捗管理、レポーティング
・ラインマネジメント
部下(数名)の業務進捗の管理、ラインマネジメント(目標設定~FB、勤怠管理 他)
・その他、M&A関連にまつわる関係者との各種調整・ミーティング

【Job Description】
They are opening a new department that will be responsible for increasing the value of group companies as part of their group business management system with a view to further growth. Group management is characterized by a "hybrid of 'centrifugal' and 'centripetal' forces. They believe it is important to balance "centrifugal force," which respects the individuality of group companies without creating a hierarchical relationship between the parent company and subsidiaries, and "centripetal force," which thoroughly converts group assets into common property. The candidate for this position, who will be in charge of the newly opened department, will be responsible for FP&A and governance of the group company that joined the company through M&A, as well as driving the improvement of the group company's corporate value from various perspectives, while placing importance on this balance. You will be responsible for planning, reviewing, and implementing the most appropriate measures for each group company, which varies in terms of business content, corporate size, and organizational maturity, such as designing organizations and evaluation systems in consultation and cooperation with the Human Resources Division, planning and managing management education in response to management issues, and designing incentives based on the level of contribution to the group. At the same time, you will be responsible for line management of your subordinates.
【Specific duties will include】
(1) Value enhancement of group companies
・Planning and operation of management education for management and key members of group companies
・Designing incentives (executive evaluation, ESOP, etc.) based on the level of contribution to the group in cooperation with the Human Resources Division
・Planning and execution of organizational optimization and HR management measures in response to management issues
・Management of FP&A (KPI and performance management, annual budgeting, analysis of management figures) and conference management
(2) Self-organization for the establishment of new departments
・Formulation of MVV (Mission, Vision, and Values) and design of KPI/KGI
Goal management, quantitative and qualitative progress management, and reporting
・Line management
Management of work progress of subordinates (several people), line management (goal setting - FB, attendance management, etc.)
・Various other coordination and meetings with related parties related to M&A

【Career path】

While sharing good practices from within and outside the group and working closely with the management of group companies, you will consider and implement appropriate arrangements for penetration measures, thereby gaining experience in a wide variety of value-enhancing activities.

【Required】
