 仕事内容Job description |
【お仕事の内容】
自然言語処理を主な技術領域とし、グループマネージャーの管理のもとでプロジェクトマネジメントやメンバーへの技術指導などを担当していただきます。
主な業務は「受託開発」で、プロジェクトにアサインされチームで案件対応していただきます。
また「プロダクト開発」をご担当いただく場合や、複数のプロジェクトにアサインされる場合もあります。
・受託開発:クライアント課題を解決するためのAI技術を開発・検証し、実運用を目指す。
・プロダクト開発:受託プロジェクトに活用するための、当社独自のAIエンジンを開発する。
受託はほとんどがプライム案件で、提案から実運用に至るまでのすべての工程に関わることができます。
例えば、受託開発では複数人のチームとして以下のような作業を実施いただきます。
・クライアントの抱える課題の抽出と技術的解決策の検討・提案
・国際会議、論文などによる技術調査
・クライアントデータの解析・可視化
・自然言語処理を中心とした深層学習・機械学習などの技術手法を実装・検証・性能評価
・技術顧問である北海道大学の先生との技術相談
・レポート作成・報告
また、プロジェクトマネージャーとしても以下のような業務を担当いただきます。
・クライアントフェイシング
・プロジェクト立案、仕様策定、タスク洗い出し、スケジューリング、エンジニアへの作業指示、進捗管理
・設計、実装、レビュー、評価

[Job description]
The main technical area is natural language processing, and you will be responsible for project management and technical guidance to members under the supervision of the group manager.
Your main work will be "contracted development," in which you will be assigned to a project and work as a team to handle the project.
You may also be assigned to "product development" or to multiple projects.
- Contracted development: Developing and verifying AI technologies to solve client issues, and aiming to put them into actual operation.
- Product development: Developing our own AI engine for use in contracted projects.
Most of our contracted projects are prime projects, and we can be involved in all processes from proposal to actual operation.
For example, in contracted development, you will perform the following tasks as a team of several people.
- Identification of issues faced by the client and examination and proposal of technical solutions
- Technical research through international conferences, papers, etc.
- Analysis and visualization of client data
- Implement, verify, and evaluate the performance of technical methods such as deep learning and machine learning, with a focus on natural language processing.
- Technical consultation with Hokkaido University professor who is our technical advisor
- Report writing and reporting
In addition, as a project manager, you will also be responsible for the following tasks
- Client Facing
- Project planning, specification development, task identification, scheduling, work instructions to engineers, and progress management
- Design, implementation, review, and evaluation

【必須要件】
・プロジェクトマネジメント経験
・自然言語処理、テキストマイニング、非構造データ分析の専門性
・深層学習・機械学習、最適化アルゴリズム等、AI技術に関する高度な知識、及びこれらの経験
・Python、R、C++等による開発経験 (いずれかにおいて5年以上の実務経験)
・ネイティブレベルの日本語力

・GPTをはじめとするLLM関連の興味・関心・経験
・情報系・近隣分野での修士以上の研究経験、または同等の知識と経験
・国際会議/国内外論文誌への投稿・発表経験
・博士号

[Requirements]
- Project management experience
- Expertise in natural language processing, text mining, and unstructured data analysis
- Advanced knowledge of AI technologies such as deep learning, machine learning, optimization algorithms, etc., and experience with these technologies
- Development experience in Python, R, C++, etc. (at least 5 years in one of these fields)
- Native level of Japanese
[Preferred requirements]
- Interest and experience in GPT and other LLM related topics
- Master's degree or higher research experience in informatics/neighboring fields, or equivalent knowledge and experience
- Experience in submitting and presenting papers to international conferences/national and international journals
- Ph.D holder
- Experience participating in and winning prizes in Kaggle and competitive programming |
