仕事内容Job description [Job description]
They are entrusted with the development of new functions for their self-developed business platform application for medical institutions, the renewal of the architecture and the establishment of an engineering organization with the aim of making it a platform from the renewal of the technology.

The main feature of the product is that it is used in the medical field, so it requires high availability and high security at the same time. Therefore, there are restrictions such as only being able to use the cloud on a closed network, and under these restrictions, it is necessary to design an architecture to realize the service.

As VPoE (Engineering Manager), you will be primarily responsible for the following tasks.

- Management of the development team: Development management to achieve the QCD required of the development team
- Improvement of the developer experience: Improvement of the environment and processes that enable engineers to develop efficiently and comfortably.
- Continuously build up the engineering team: Improve the development system through hiring, training, and organization of engineers.

In addition, in collaboration with the head of the development department, you will also support the following tasks
- Formulation of technology strategy: Formulation of technology strategy based on corporate vision and business strategy
- Technology selection: Selecting the most appropriate technology and tools for the product based on technology trends.
- Architecture design: Designing the overall architecture of the service with a view to product growth.

- Experience in mobile app or web service development
- Experience as a development team leader or development management at a business company
- Experience in leading development teams to improve productivity by improving the development environment and process
