・In the development of their own product that promote DX for medical institutions, they are entrusted with quality assurance work to ensure that their services are used with a high level of satisfaction.
・Currently, more than 50 hospitals have used this service in the past 3 years, and they are aiming to introduce and increase the use of this service to more hospitals nationwide in the future.

[Job description]
They are looking for a manager to lead the quality assurance team in the development of a business platform application for medical institutions developed in-house, to ensure that medical professionals are more satisfied with the application.
They are currently strengthening the organizational structure of their quality assurance team in order to further increase implementation and usage in the future, and you will lead the team as a manager candidate.

Specifically,
(1) Formulate and test software quality measurement methods
(2) Inspection and auditing of the development process
(3) Quality analysis and evaluation based on design contents
(4) Propose solutions to risk points
(5) Leading quality assurance team members
応募資格Requirement [Requirements]
- N1 level Japanese language skills
- Experience in quality assurance/quality control department (5 years or more)
- Experience managing a team of 5 or more people (3 years or more)
- Experience in quality management from upstream process
- Experience in software development
