【仕事内容】
Webフロントエンドの設計、実装、第一線でのコーディング、ライブラリの調査UX/UIの案出しなどWebフロントエンド開発を牽引していただきます。
社内のフロントエンドエンジニアの中心として、大手企業と新規ビジネスの立ち上げや新規自社プロダクト開発を進めていただきます。
【具体的には】
・ライブラリの調査UX/UIの案出し(専属デザイナーがある程度案を出すので、ブラッシュアップを中心にお任せします)
・Webフロントエンドの設計、実装、第一線でのコーディング
・フロントエンドチームの組成
・社内外のエンジニアのコードレビュー
・社内外フロントエンドエンジニアの教育
・ユーザーの声を聴きながらの改善
・建設現場の工程管理はレガシーなシステムに依存しているのが現状です。
・よりモダンで使いやすい工程管理ツールを作成することで建設現場のムダを削減します。
・新規事業として立ち上げていくため、新規事業の立ち上げに携わり、ユーザーと一緒に開発をし、現場の悩みを解決していく達成感を味わえます。

[Job role]
You will lead web front-end development, including web front-end design, implementation, front-line coding, library research and UX/UI proposals.
As the core of their in-house front-end engineers, you will be working with major companies to launch new businesses and develop new in-house products.

・Library research and UX/UI proposals (their in-house designer will provide some proposals, so you will be mainly responsible for brushing up)
・Web front-end design, implementation, front-line coding
・Formation of a front-end team

・Git によるPull Requestベースでの開発
・React or Vue or Angular によるフロントエンド開発
