ご要望にあわせ、世の中にない新しいソリューションを共に創り上げていく仕事です。お客様の業務変革に向けたプロジェクトでの計画立案・課題整理・課題解決の推進から、ビジネス検討、要件定義、リリース、及びプロダクトのグロースまでのマネジメントを担います。ドローンが業務課題の解決手段として社会の中に浸透していくことを模索していく面白みがあります。
【具体的な仕事内容】
・顧客要件のヒアリング
・技術的な実現性を調査
・提案書の作成
・要求仕様のとりまとめ(仕様書の作成等)
・開発見積作成
・システム開発部(社内)や外部委託先への開発要件のインプット
・自社ソリューションとの整合調整
・プロジェクト全体の仕事内容を、実際の作業レベルまで細かく洗い出し、構造的に整理
・工程管理、コスト管理
・社内外ステークホルダーとの適切なコミュニケーション
[Job description]
This job involves working with clients to create new solutions that do not exist in the world, based on their requests. In projects aimed at transforming their clients' business operations, they handle everything from planning, sorting out issues, and promoting problem solving, to business considerations, requirements definition, release, and product growth. It is interesting to explore how drones can become more widespread in society as a means of solving business issues.

- Hearing customer requirements
- Investigating technical feasibility
- Proposal writing
- Compiling required specifications (creating specifications, etc.)
- Creating development estimates
- Inputting development requirements to the system development department (in-house) and external contractors
- Adjusting consistency with in-house solutions
- Identifying the work content of the entire project in detail down to the actual work level and structurally organizing it
- Process management, cost management
- Appropriate communication with internal and external stakeholders |

・ITソフトウェア、Webサービスに関する知識/経験
・PM経験のある方
・顧客課題、業界ニーズを理解し、最適なプロダクトが何かを考える力
・アプリケーション開発における要求仕様をまとめられる力
・必要な日本語力:ビジネスレベル(N2)

・ITILの勉強をしている方
・クラウド、AWSの知見がある方
・DXコンサルの実務経験
・PMO実務経験者
・必要な英語力:コミュニケーション取れる方
社内に外国籍が複数おり、海外案件も少しある。

・Knowledge/experience with IT software and web services
・PM experience
・Ability to understand customer issues and industry needs and think about what the optimal product is
・Ability to summarize requirements specifications for application development
・Required Japanese ability:Business Level (N2)
[Preferred requirements]
・Those who are studying ITIL
・Those who have knowledge of cloud and AWS
・Practical experience in DX consulting
・Practical experience in PMO
