【お仕事の内容】
機械学習グループのリーダーとして参画して頂き、各ゲームタイトルの担当チームと組織横断的に連携し、機械学習を用いてタイトルの開発・運用などの支援をリードしていただきます。
データ基盤には、数千万ダウンロードを誇るタイトルをはじめ全タイトルのゲームのプレイヤーデータがクラウド上で集約されています。
そのデータ基盤を活用して、弊社事業を加速する機械学習の効果的な利用方法の提案・モデル構築・運用までを行います。
ゲーム内コンテンツの作成支援や品質管理まで多岐に渡るビジネス課題を機械学習モデルで支援します。

・ステークホルダーとの調整

・機械学習モデルの構築・運用(機械学習アルゴリズムの実装や実データを用いた開発, Python PyTorch, Tensorflow, unityなど使用)

[Job description]
You will join as the leader of the machine learning group and work cross-organisationally with the teams in charge of each game title to lead the support of the development, operation and other aspects of the title using machine learning.
The data platform is a cloud-based collection of player data from all of thecompany's titles, including titles that have been downloaded tens of millions of times.
Using that data base, you will propose effective uses of machine learning that accelerate our business, build models and operate them.
They use machine learning models to support a wide range of business issues, from in-game content creation support to quality control.

- Progress management
- Coordination with stakeholders
- Member training
- Building and operating machine learning models (implementation of machine learning algorithms and development using real data, using Python PyTorch, Tensorflow, unity, etc.)
- Development of machine learning web applications, etc.
- Machine learning technology research and dissemination of research results (technical blogs, academic conference presentations, etc.)
* In carrying out your work, you will be required to actively absorb new technologies from the gaming industry and other fields. |

【必須要件】
・必要な日本語力:ネイティブ
・エンジニア組織のマネジメントの経験が2年以上ある方
・プロジェクトマネジメントの経験が3年以上ある方
・機械学習モデルの実務での構築経験が1年以上ある方
・Linux, Pythonの実務での利用経験が2年以上ある方
・実務でのチーム開発経験が3年以上ある方
・チーム開発でのプロジェクトリーダー経験
【歓迎要件】
・機械学習の数理に関する体系的な理解
・深層学習の実装・運用経験(機械学習パイプラインの構築・運用。モデルとデータのバージョン管理・デプロイ・監視などの基盤構築)
・BigQueryなどGCPの運用経験
・LLM関連の開発経験
・ゲーム・ウェブアプリの開発(unityなど)・運用経験
・英語での研究議論
[Requirements]
・ Required Japanese ability: Native
・2+ years of experience managing an engineering organization
・3+ years of experience in project management
・1+ years of practical experience building machine learning models
・2+ years of practical experience using Linux and Python
・3+ years of practical team development experience
・Experience as a project leader in team development
[Preferred requirements]
・Systematic understanding of the mathematics of machine learning
・Experience implementing and operating deep learning (building and operating machine learning pipelines. Building infrastructure for model and data version management, deployment, monitoring, etc.)
・Experience operating GCP such as BigQuery
・LLM-related development experience
・Experience developing and operating games and web apps (unity, etc.)

Depending on the role, you will work in either a general/discretionary/supervisory position.
General positions: 9:30am - 6:30pm.
Discretionary work/management and supervisory positions: workers are deemed to have worked eight hours and the allocation of time, including how work is performed and the start and finish times, is left to the worker's decision.
Holidays: 2 days a week (Saturdays and Sundays), national holidays
Vacation: Summer vacation, year-end and New Year holidays, and other vacations available
Overtime: Average month
