 仕事内容Job description |
【お仕事の内容】
機械学習・数理最適化を主な技術領域とし、グループマネージャーの管理のもとでプロジェクトマネジメントやメンバーへの技術指導などを担当していただきます。
主な業務は「受託開発」で、プロジェクトにアサインされチームで案件対応していただきます。
また「プロダクト開発」をご担当いただく場合や、複数のプロジェクトにアサインされる場合もあります。
・受託開発:クライアント課題を解決するためのAI技術を開発・検証し、実運用を目指す。
・プロダクト開発:受託プロジェクトに活用するための、当社独自のAIエンジンを開発する。
受託はほとんどがプライム案件で、提案から実運用に至るまでのすべての工程に関わることができます。
例えば、受託開発では複数人のチームとして以下のような作業を実施いただきます。
・機械学習・数理最適化の手法を軸としたプロジェクト立案、仕様策定、設計、実装、レビュー、評価など、数値系AI案件の技術的リード
・クライアントフェイシングを通した顧客課題の抽出、技術的解決策の提案、レポート作成・報告
・タスク洗い出し、スケジューリング、エンジニアへの作業指示、結果確認等を行い、グループ長に進捗を報告しながら実質的なプロジェクト業務の推進(外注管理を含む)
・技術的なソリューションの整合取り及び技術の横展開、自社AIエンジンへのフィードバック
・Azure, AWSなどクラウド環境によるMLOps構築
・チーム内での技術的指導
・国際会議、論文などによる技術調査
[Job description]
The main technical areas are machine learning and mathematical optimization, and you will be responsible for project management and technical guidance to members under the supervision of the group manager.
Your main work will be "contracted development," in which you will be assigned to a project and work as a team to handle the project.
You may also be assigned to "product development" or to multiple projects.
- Contracted development: Developing and verifying AI technologies to solve client issues, and aiming to put them into actual operation.
- Product development: Developing our own AI engine for use in contracted projects.
Most of their contracted projects are prime projects, and they can be involved in all processes from proposal to actual operation.
For example, in contracted development, you will perform the following tasks as a team of several people.
- Technical lead for numerical AI projects, including project planning, specification, design, implementation, review, and evaluation based on machine learning and mathematical optimization methods.
- Identifying client issues through client facing, proposing technical solutions, and preparing and reporting reports.
- Promote substantive project work (including outsourcing management) by identifying tasks, scheduling, instructing engineers, checking results, etc., and reporting progress to the group leader.
- You will also be responsible for the consistency of technical solutions, horizontal deployment of technologies, and feedback to the company's AI engine.

・機械学習全般の高度な専門性
・数理最適化・数値予測のいずれかの専門性、5年以上の実務経験
<数理最適化>
- 経路最適化・スケジューリングなどのテーマへの専門性・社会実装経験
<数値予測>
- 回帰・分類・時系列データ予測・異常検知などのテーマへの専門性・社会実装経験
- 深層学習、決定木(GBDT)等のアルゴリズムへの深い理解
・データ分析を通した課題理解、EDA、特徴量抽出、適切なモデル選定
・Python、R、C++ 等の実装経験
・プロジェクトマネジメント経験
・ビジネスレベルの日本語力
【歓迎スキル】
・データ分析基盤の構築、MLOpsへの知見
・コンピュータサイエンス、Linux、Docker、Git等の知識
・情報系・近隣分野での修士以上の研究経験、または同等の知識と経験
・国内外会議や論文誌への投稿・発表経験
・博士号
・Kaggleや競技プログラミングへの参加・入賞経験

[Requirements]
- Project management experience
- High level of expertise in machine learning in general
- Expertise in either mathematical optimization or numerical forecasting with at least 5 years of work experience
- Expertise and social implementation experience in topics such as path optimization and scheduling
- Expertise and social implementation experience in topics such as regression, classification, time series data prediction, anomaly detection, etc.
- Deep understanding of algorithms such as deep learning and decision trees (GBDT)
- Understanding of issues through data analysis, EDA, feature extraction, and appropriate model selection
- Implementation experience in Python, R, C++, etc.
- Project management experience
- Business level Japanese language skills
[Preferred requirements]
- Knowledge of data analysis infrastructure and MLOps
- Knowledge of computer science, Linux, Docker, Git, etc.
- Master's degree or higher research experience in informatics and neighboring fields, or equivalent knowledge and experience
- Experience in submitting and presenting papers to national and international conferences and journals
- Ph.D holder
- Experience participating in and winning prizes in Kaggle and competitive programming
- English proficiency (TOEIC score of 700 or above as a general guideline) |
