 仕事内容Job description |
【お仕事の内容】
画像グループで扱う研究開発プロジェクトの獲得・推進・管理、組織体制強化のため、R&D部長・副部長・他グループマネージャーと協力しながら以下の業務を主に担当頂きます。
・10名程度のグループメンバーを他1名のリーダーと共同で指揮・管理・考課する。
・セールスメンバーと連携してクライアントニーズを把握し、研究開発プロジェクトをクライアントに提案する。
・現場リーダーがそれぞれ管理する個別プロジェクト複数(5件程度)の状況を俯瞰的に把握し管理する。
(ヒト・モノ・カネの追加・削減 / プロジェクト推進業務への委任・介入を適切に実施するための意思決定)
・グループメンバー(特に個別プロジェクトの現場リーダークラス)の指導・育成を行う。

[Job description]
To acquire, promote, and manage R&D projects handled by the Imaging Group and to strengthen the organizational structure,
you will be primarily responsible for the following tasks in cooperation with the R&D Director, Deputy Director, and other group managers.
- Conduct, manage, and evaluate the group members, which consists of about 10 people, in cooperation with one other leader.
- Work with sales members to understand client needs and propose R&D projects to clients.
- Be in charge of managing multiple individual projects (about 5 projects) managed by each of the field leaders.
(Decision making to appropriately delegate or intervene in project promotion operations)
- Provide guidance and training to group members (especially the on-site leader class of individual projects).

【必須要件】
・画像認識・機械学習等の領域での5年以上(大学・大学院での研究含む)の製品開発・研究開発経験。
・画像認識・機械学習等の領域におけるプロジェクトマネジメント経験。(目安:5名以上の部下を有するを課・グループ・チーム等でリーダー・マネージャーを3年以上経験)
・日本語非母語話者メンバーとの1on1や評価面談で最低限のコミュニケーションができる英語力(目安:TOEIC 720以上)
・ネイティブレベルの日本語力

・国際会議/国内外論文誌への投稿・発表・査読経験
・博士号
・画像認識・機械学習領域の学会等で活動実績
・日本語非母語話者メンバーとの技術議論に支障ない英語力 (目安:TOEIC 800以上)
・特許創出/知財戦略立案の経験

[Requirements]
- At least 5 years of experience in product development and R&D (including research at universities and graduate schools) in the area of image recognition, machine learning, etc.
- Experience in project management in the area of image recognition, machine learning, etc. (Reference: 3 years or more experience as a leader/manager of a section, group, team, etc. with 5 or more subordinates)
- Minimum English proficiency (TOEIC 720 or above) to communicate with non-Japanese speaking members in 1-on-1 and evaluation interviews.
- Native level of Japanese
[Preferred requirements]
- Experience in submitting, presenting, and reviewing papers for international conferences and national/international journals
Ph.
- Experience in activities at academic societies in the field of image recognition and machine learning
- English proficiency that does not interfere with technical discussions with non-Japanese speaking members (TOEIC 800 or above as a guide)
- Experience in patent creation and IP strategy planning |
