採用企業様では「ユニークな薬の種を最速で生み出す」をMISSION(果たすべき使命)として掲げ、アンメットニーズが高い疾患分野の新薬創成を目指しています。大規模トランスクリプトーム解析技術及び高度な細胞培養技術を駆使して得られた細胞ビックデータから、当社独自のアプローチによる創薬開発に挑戦していきます。次世代創薬で多くの患者様を救う、Quality of Lifeの改善に貢献したいという意欲のある研究者を募集いたします。
具体的には下記の業務を担当していただきます。
・創薬ターゲット分子の同定、バイオマーカーの取得
・Proof of conceptの取得効率を上げるためのin vitro, in vivo系の構築
・低分子だけでなく新規モダリティーを視野に入れた臨床入り可能な薬の創成 等
他社(アカデミア含む)との共同研究の機会もあります。

[Job description]
The hiring company has set ‘creating unique drug seeds at the fastest possible speed’ as its MISSION (mission to be fulfilled) and aims to create new drugs in disease areas where there is a high unmet need. They will take on the challenge of drug discovery and development using their unique approach based on cellular big data obtained through large-scale transcriptome analysis technology and advanced cell culture technology. They are looking for researchers who are motivated to contribute to saving many patients and improving the quality of life through next-generation drug discovery.
Specifically, the following tasks will be undertaken.
Identification of drug target molecules and acquisition of biomarkers.
Construction of in vitro and in vivo systems to increase the efficiency of obtaining proof of concept.
Creation of clinically-ready drugs with a view to novel modalities as well as small molecules, etc.
Opportunities for joint research with other companies (including academia) are also available.
Depending on aptitude and other factors, you may be ordered to move to a job as directed by the company. |

【必須要件】
・必要な日本語力:ビジネス
上記に加え、

・理系大学院博士相当
・薬理学全般にわたる大まかな理解
・細胞を用いたアッセイ系の構築とそれを用いた薬剤のスクリーニング
・研究を進めるにあたり必要な基礎的な分子生物・生化学スキル
【歓迎要件】
・製薬企業における5年以上の創薬経験
・プログラムマネージメント、CROマネージメントスキル
・海外留学経験があり、研究分野のコミュニケーションが英語で取れること
・新規創薬テーマの提案経験
・薬剤師資格の保有
・iPS細胞を扱った経験(特に中枢神経系への分化)
・in vivo薬理評価の計画と実施、ADME、探索毒性評価経験があれば尚可
・HPLC, LC/MSなどを用いた薬物濃度測定

・A general understanding of pharmacology in general.

・More than 5 years of drug discovery experience at a pharmaceutical company
・Program management and CRO management skills
・Experience studying abroad and able to communicate in English in the research field
・Experience proposing new drug discovery themes
・Pharmacist qualifications
・Experience with iPS cells (especially differentiation into the central nervous system)
・Experience planning and implementing in vivo pharmacological evaluations, ADME, and exploratory toxicity evaluations preferred
・Drug concentration measurement using HPLC, LC/MS, etc. |
