仕事内容Job description [Job description]
You will be responsible for the following web/on-offline marketing tasks related to smartphone games developed by our China headquarters.

Specifically,
- Marketing strategy planning and budgeting
- Planning and execution of marketing plans
- Negotiation with agencies, production companies, media, etc.
- Ordering and progress management of influencer initiatives, WEBCM, etc.
- Planning, ordering, and management of online and offline campaigns and events to coincide with the start of distribution and anniversary celebrations.

They would like you to play an active role as a colleague who supports the project.
In addition to the two employees working in the Kyoto office, you will work with a large number of staff from the China headquarters to promote development.
They collaborate with members of each office via chat and video conferencing almost every day.
Because you will be communicating through a screen rather than face to face, it is important to have smooth communication to understand the other party's intentions.
This is a new office and the project is still in its early stages. Therefore, at this point we are mainly communicating with a small number of people, but they expect to increase the number of video conferences with 10 to 20 people in the future as the number of members grows.
