エンジニアとして、メンバーと共に以下の開発を担当して頂きます。
・AI、画像認識、動画認識、自然言語処理、データ分析、ロボティクスの基礎・応用研究開発、アプリ開発、ビジネスソリューションの提案、顧客課題から最適なシステムの設計・開発、バックエンド開発、開発したサービスの保守、運用、最新技術の調査・研究
具体的には、
・風力設備の予兆保全・発電量予測AI
・工場内の予兆AI
・カートの運転AI
・都市計画のデジタルAI
・施工現場の浸水AI
・倉庫内のピッキングAI
・物流のルート最適化AI
・ECサイトのレコメンドAI
・金融データのマッチングAI

【担当案件について】
数案件に加わり、1ヶ月～半年ほどかけて「モデルの組み立て」「プログラミング」「パッケージ化」「リリース」「運用」までの一連の業務をご担当頂きます。管理職クラスの方はプロジェクトのマネジメント業務も多く行います。

[Job description]
As an engineer, you will be responsible for the following development with members of the team.
Research and development of basic and applied research and development of AI, image recognition, video recognition, natural language processing, data analysis, and robotics; application development; proposal of business solutions; design and development of optimal systems based on customer issues; back-end development; maintenance and operation of developed services; and research and investigation of the latest technologies.
Specifically,
- Predictive maintenance and power generation forecasting AI for wind power facilities
- Predictive AI in factories
- Cart operation AI
- Digital AI for urban planning
- Flooding AI in construction sites
- Picking AI in warehouses
- Route optimization AI in logistics
- Recommendation AI for e-commerce sites
- Matching AI for financial data
- Robotic AI for drug discovery technology
- AI to optimize production process by using data
- Chatbot solutions for corporate clients
- Driving video analysis using in-vehicle cameras
- Body Measurement by Image Recognition and Data Analysis

■機械学習における基本的なアルゴリズムやフレームワークの経験
■ソフトウェア開発経験
工程:要求分析、基本設計、詳細設計、実装、テスト(単体、結合、システム)

■2～3年以上のコーディング経験
■日本語力もしくは英語力

■機械学習分野での研究開発の経験
■コンピュータサイエンス、数学、物理学、工学の学位、業績、またはそれに類する業績
■国際会議やジャーナルに受理された論文を筆頭で書いたことがあること
■AI・機械学習やそれに関連する分野への深い知識 (コンピュータビジョン、深層学習、強化学習、自然言語処理、統計、数理最適化、ロボティクス、自律制御、数理科学、物理学など一分野、強い分野があること)
■PM経験、PL経験
■プロダクト・サービス開発をリードした経験、リリース・開発経験
■チーム開発経験またはチームリード経験(～10名)
■CI/CD経験
■Git, Docker, Kubernetes経験
■日本語力
■英語論文の読解力

■Experience with basic algorithms and frameworks in machine learning
■Experience in software development

■2-3+ years of coding experience
■Japanese or English language skills

■Research and development experience in the field of machine learning
■Degree, achievement, or similar in computer science, mathematics, physics, engineering
■Have been the first author of a paper accepted for an international conference or journal
■Deep knowledge of AI, machine learning and related fields (one field or strong field such as computer vision, deep learning, reinforcement learning, natural language processing, statistics, mathematical optimization, robotics, autonomous control, mathematical science, physics, etc.)
■PM and PL experience
■Experience leading product and service development, release and development experience
■Team development experience or team lead experience (~10 people)
