【お仕事の内容】
電気を使って鉄を溶かしたり(溶解炉)、加熱する(誘導加熱)設備の製造・販売・修理事業を展開する同社にて、電気誘導設備導入に伴う設計業務をお任せします。
受注から設備導入・試運転完了まで、全ての工程に関わる事のできる、やりがいのある業務です。
※電気誘導加熱:電気を利用して金属を加熱したり、溶かしたりできる工場設備です。
(自動車、船舶、航空機や建築資材などの金属部品・材料を製造している様々な業界で利用されており、私達の生活の根幹を支えています。実は家庭用のIHクッキングヒーターも同じ原理で料理を温めています)
具体的には、
・設備導入に伴うプロジェクト遂行業務
・受電盤、動力盤、冷却水ポンプ等の選定、仕様確認
・現地据付時の顧客および業者との折衝、現場指導。
・図面作成 など
※据付工事自体は協力会社にお任せするため、自分で手を動かすのではなく、スーパーバイザーとしての役割がメインとなります。

[Job description]
This company manufactures, sells, and repairs equipment for melting (melting furnaces) and heating (induction heating) iron using electricity.
This is a challenging job in which you will be involved in all processes from order receipt to equipment installation and completion of trial operation.
* Electric induction heating: Plant equipment that uses electricity to heat and melt metals.
(It is used in various industries that manufacture metal parts and materials for automobiles, ships, aircraft, and construction materials, and supports the basis of our daily lives. In fact, induction cooktops for home use also use the same principle to heat food.)
Specifically,
- Project execution for equipment installation
- Selection and specification confirmation of power receiving panels, power boards, cooling water pumps, etc.
- Negotiate with customers and contractors during on-site installation, and provide on-site guidance.
- Drawing creation, etc.
*Since the installation work itself is left to the subcontractors, you will mainly play the role of supervisor, rather than working on your own. |
