The hiring company provides text and spoken dialogue engines that utilise natural language processing/machine learning/deep learning for enterprise call centres, as well as products to support workplace communication challenges in line with recent changes in working practices.

In this position, as an engineering manager, you will team up with machine learning engineers specialising in different areas to solve problems that can be solved by software engineering.

・Design and implement mechanisms to maximise the output of the engineering organisation.
・Management of the development of existing dialogue engine services provided to corporate customers.
・Management of the development of new applications with machine learning models at their core.
・Promote collaboration between the company's services.
応募資格Requirement 【Requirements】
・Experience in engineering management
・Experience in designing, improving and managing personnel systems for engineering organizations
・Experience developing web applications (equivalent to 3 years)
・Someone who is willing to be involved in all aspects of infrastructure, backend and frontend
・Experience building services in AWS/Azure cloud environments
・Coding experience in current work (Python, Typescript, etc.)
・Experience in requirements definition, design, implementation, testing, data migration and release
・Knowledge of databases and networks
・Development experience using automated testing and CI/CD, such as AWS CDK, Terraform, Docker, github actions, etc.

【Preferred Requirements】
・Experience managing a team of engineers who mainly work remotely
・Experience leading a team of 5 or more people as a technical lead
・Knowledge and experience of security measures
・Experience operating machine learning models in a production environment
・Degree in Computer Science or a similar degree, or similar experience and knowledge
・Experience and knowledge of AWS
・Experience and knowledge of machine learning and statistics
・Experience and knowledge of container technologies such as Docker
・Experience in open source activities and personal web service development
・Experience and knowledge of search engines such as Elasticsearch and Apache Solr
・Experience building and operating a log analysis platform
・Development experience using CI/CD tools
