残業は平均20時間程度です。
クライアントとの打合せや現地訪問以外は、リモートワークが中心となります。

【お仕事の内容】
自社開発のソフトウェアパッケージソリューションの案件について、要件定義、設計など上流工程をメインに担当していただきます。
上流工程・開発・導入まで一気通貫で携わることで、幅広い知識を身につけることが可能です。
今後上流工程に携わりたい、将来PL/PMを目指したい方でも是非ご応募下さい。
具体的には、
1.ソフトウェア導入プロジェクト対応(70%)
・要件定義書、基本設計書の作成及びレビュー
・工数算定/見積作成
・必要に応じたクライアント対応(ヒアリング等)
・協力会社(開発ベンダー)と協力して、製造、システムテスト、導入作業を実施
・運用フェーズでの問いあわせ調査及び回答
2.プロダクト製品開発(30%)
・プロジェクトで追加した機能について、汎用化し自社プロダクトへフィードバック

[Job description]
You will be mainly responsible for upstream processes such as requirement definition and design for their in-house developed software package solution GWES projects.
By being involved in upstream processes, development, and implementation, you will be able to acquire a wide range of knowledge.

Specifically,
1. software implementation project support (70%)
- Creation and review of requirement definition and basic design documents
- Calculation of man-hours/preparation of estimates
- Client support (interviews, etc.) as needed
- Cooperate with development vendors to conduct manufacturing, system testing, and implementation work.
- Investigate and respond to inquiries during the operation phase.
Product development (30%)
- Generalize the functions added in the project and feed them back to the company's own products. |

【必須要件】
・N1レベルの日本語力
・開発経験(プログラム設計を含む)を3年以上お持ちの方
・顧客対応経験(要件のヒアリング、問い合わせ等)
【歓迎要件】
1. システム導入に関するプロジェクトリーダーとしてのご経験(少人数、小規模でOK)
2. 各種知識、スキルの知識がある方
・ OSの知識:Linux, Windows
・ プログラミング言語:Webサービス開発に用いられるプログラミング言語
(HTML,CSS,JavaScript,Java等)
・ DBの知識:PostgreSQLなどのデータベース知識,SQLスキル
・ Webサーバの知識:Tomcat,Nginxなどの知識
・ AWS関連の知識:EC2,RDS,S3などの知識
3. 物流関連のシステム開発経験
4. プロジェクトマネジメントに関する資格(PMP、プロジェクトマネージャ試験(PM))

[Requirements]
- N1 level Japanese language skills
- At least 3 years of experience in development (including program design)
- Experience in dealing with customers (hearing requirements, making inquiries, etc.)
[Preferred requirements]
1. experience as a project leader regarding system implementation (small number of people, small scale is OK)
2. knowledge of various knowledge and skills
- Knowledge of operating systems: Linux, Windows
- Programming languages: Programming languages used for web service development
(HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java, etc.)
- Knowledge of DB: Knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL skills
- Web server knowledge: knowledge of Tomcat, Nginx, etc.
- Knowledge of AWS: EC2, RDS, S3, etc.
3. experience in logistics-related system development
- Qualifications related to project management (PMP, Project Manager Examination (PM))
