仕事内容Job description [Job description]
You will be primarily responsible for proposal sales to major childcare companies that operate multiple facilities.
Proposals to customers are made through individual account planning. Individuals have discretion over the content of their proposals, and can use a wide range of services to work as a partner with their customers to solve their problems.

<Specific duties>
・Account planning and negotiation management
・Build medium- to long-term relationships, collect corporate information, and improve resolution
・Proposals that involve stakeholders (business personnel and approvers) to obtain approval
・Preparation and execution of presentations to customers
・Various coordination with internal members and internal stakeholders as necessary
・Continuous follow-up on service usage in collaboration with customer success staff
・Internal sharing of major corporations' issues and product requests
・Other support and follow-up services tailored to customer characteristics
応募資格Requirement [Requirements]
・More than 3 years of experience in proposal sales to corporations
・Those who can create various materials such as proposals for presentations
・Required Japanese ability:Business (N2)

[Preferred requirements]
・Sales or consulting experience in IT-related services such as SaaS services
・Able to plan accounts while considering/understanding the characteristics and situation of major corporations.
・Nursery teacher, kindergarten teacher qualification holder, person with work experience
・Work experience in SaaS business (whether new or upsell)
・Experience in analyzing customer behavior based on CRM data
・Experience in analyzing and making suggestions regarding questionnaires and various data.
・Interest in the field of childcare and child rearing
・Experience using tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, Salesforce, Confluence, JIRA, etc.
・Sympathy for their company's purpose and value
