案件をリードするSolution Engineerのポジションを募集します。
本ポジションは、物流業界において自動化に課題を抱える日本のお客様のニーズに対して、米国本社の関係者と連携し、最適なロボットシステムを提案していきます。米国シリコンバレーおよび日本にいる優秀なエンジニアや社内外の関係者と連携しながら、技術的に難易度が高い自動化案件を提案から運用に繋げていく醍醐味があります。
【職務内容】
-米国本社が開発するロボットシステムの性能・仕様および環境要件の理解
-お客様の物流オペレーションの現状と課題のヒアリング・理解
-お客様の現場で求められるロボットシステムの機能要件・非機能要件の整理
-お客様に対する、ロボットシステムを活用した自動化(特に技術面・運用面)の提案と説明
-お客様の現場導入時に達成するロボットシステムの機能要件・非機能要件の協議・交渉リード
-お客様の現場導入に必要となるロボットシステム周辺機器の検討および同ベンダーとの折衝
-お客様との面談、提案書協議、成約後の現場実証に至るまでのアクションアイテムのマネジメント
-上記において必要となる米国本社との協議・連携リード
The company is looking for a Solution Engineer to lead projects.
This position involves working with relevant parties at the US headquarters to propose optimal robot systems to meet the needs of Japanese customers who have challenges with automation in the logistics industry. The thrill is in working with excellent engineers in Silicon Valley and Japan, as well as internal and external parties, to move technically difficult automation projects from proposal to operation.
[Job Description]
-Understand the performance, specifications, and environmental requirements of the robot system developed by the US headquarters
-Hear and understand the current situation and challenges of customers' logistics operations
-Organize the functional and non-functional requirements of the robot system required at the customer's site
-Propose and explain to customers automation using the robot system (especially the technical and operational aspects)
-Lead discussions and negotiations on the functional and non-functional requirements of the robot system to be achieved when the robot system is introduced at the customer's site
-Consider peripheral equipment for the robot system required for on-site introduction and negotiate with the vendor
-Manage action items from interviews with customers, proposal discussions, and on-site demonstration after the contract is concluded
-Lead discussions and collaboration with the US headquarters required for the above |

-日本語(流暢)/英語(流暢):いずれも顧客折衝が可能なレベル
-英語/日本語でのコミュニケーション力(細かい要件確認や、交渉ができるレベル)
-システム、機械、電気いずれかの設計経験(もしくは同等の経験)
-お客様やベンダーとの折衝経験
【歓迎要件】
-プロジェクトマネジメント経験
-提案書、設計仕様書、要件定義書、検査要領書、マニュアルなどの作成経験
-ロボット、マテハンなどの製造業での職務経験(顧客折衝)
-物流現場、生産ラインの立ち上げ経験
-2D、3D CADスキル
-機械図面、電気図面を読んで理解できる
-英語力に自身のある方は使用する機会が豊富にあります

[Requirements]
-Japanese (fluent) / English (fluent): you have to negotiate with customers in Japanese
-Communication skills in English / Japanese (at a level where you can confirm detailed requirements and negotiate)
-Experience in system, mechanical, or electrical design (or equivalent experience)
-Experience in negotiating with customers and vendors
[Preferred requirements]
-Project management experience
-Experience in creating proposals, design specifications, requirements definition documents, inspection procedures, manuals, etc.
-Work experience in the manufacturing industry (negotiating with customers) with robots, material handling, etc.
-Experience in logistics sites and setting up production lines
-2D, 3D CAD skills
-Able to read and understand mechanical and electrical drawings
-People who are confident in their English skills will have plenty of opportunities to use them |
