The company has a parent company that is active as a top runner in Asia in regenerative medicine and operates a regenerative medicine business as its Japanese branch. In Japan, they provide contract manufacturing of stem cells, research and development, and support for regenerative medicine clinic operations. Their company was established in 2013 and boasts the highest number of cases in Asia for regenerative medicine, especially autologous stem cell transplantation.
・Research and development, manufacturing, import/export, and sales of cultured skin, cultured cartilage, cultured bone, and biological products by culturing or processing human cells and tissues, or by combining them with artificial materials.
・Contract business such as preservation and testing of biological cells and tissues, investigation and research and development, etc.
They are also actively working on developing new healthcare-related businesses, introducing cell recognition AI, and working on telemedicine.

・現場業務の調整、ディストリビューターとのコミュニケーション、製品トレーニングの提供、ディストリビューターのビジネスの支援。
・各部署との連携、指示された業務の完了、業務の円滑な進行の確保。
・流暢な中国語によるコミュニケーション能力、ディストリビューターとの効果的なコミュニケーション、問題の理解と解決能力。
・必要に応じて本社窓口とのコミュニケーション、ディストリビューターの問題や要望の解決。
・文書ツールの熟知、関連文書やデータの処理と管理。
・俊敏な対応能力とビジネスセンス、問題解決力と適切な意思決定力の保持。
・人との良好な関係構築能力、チームワークとビジネス発展の促進。

・Coordinating field operations, communicating with distributors, providing product training, and assisting distributors with their business.
・Coordination with each department, completion of instructed work, and ensuring smooth progress of work.
・Ability to communicate fluently in Chinese, communicate effectively with distributors, and understand and solve problems.
・Communicating with head office contact and resolving distributor issues and requests as necessary.
・Familiarity with documentation tools, processing, and management of related documents and data.
・Possess an agile response-ability, business sense, problem-solving ability, and appropriate decision-making ability.
・Ability to build good relationships with people, and promote teamwork and business development. |

・法人営業経験(中国の方に何かを販売した経験) 2年
・関連業界での経験があり、特にディストリビューターとの連絡窓口の経験がある人が優先されます。
・流暢な中国語でのコミュニケーション能力、口頭および書面でのスムーズなコミュニケーションが可能。
・優れた組織力と調整力、複数のタスクと業務圧力の効果的な対処が可能。
・問題解決能力と適応能力があり、緊急時に迅速な対応ができる。
・積極的で建設的なアプローチを持ち、問題解決の方法を積極的に提案する。
・人間関係構築能力があり、異なるバックグラウンドや文化の人々との良好な関係を築き、チームワークとビジネス協力を促進する。
・必要な日本語力:ビジネス N2レベル
・必要な中国語力:ネイティブ
[Requirements]
・B to B sales experience (experience selling something to Chinese people) 2 years
・Preference will be given to those with relevant industry experience, especially those who have experience working as a liaison with distributors.
・Fluent Chinese communication skills and ability to communicate smoothly both verbally and in writing.
・Excellent organizational and coordination skills, able to effectively handle multiple tasks and work pressures.
・Possesses problem-solving and adapting abilities, and is able to respond quickly in emergencies.
・Have a positive and constructive approach and proactively suggest ways to solve problems.
・Have interpersonal relationship-building skills, develop good relationships with people from different backgrounds and cultures, and promote teamwork and business cooperation.
