【お仕事の内容】
日本企業のクライアントと直でコミュニケーションをとり、プロジェクトを成功に導くようマネジメントを行います。
具体的には、
・クライアントのコミュニケーション、目的・目標の設定
・一部プリセールス活動
・予算や納期の交渉
・人員/予実/進捗/品質の管理
・プロジェクト管理プロセス
・プロジェクトメンバーの管理・育成
・オフショア開発のプロジェクトには、PMの他にブリッジSEやコミュニケーター、日本法人のCTOなどが関わります。

Specifically,
- Client communication, setting of objectives and goals
- Partial pre-sales activities

- Management and training of project members
