【お仕事の内容】
お任せするのは、現在リリースしているゲームユーザーのためのコミュニティを運営を実施するポジションです。
中国本社のマーケティング戦略や意向に合わせてコミュニティ運営のために実施するコンテンツの企画やローカライズ化、コンテンツの配信などを実施して頂きます。
中国本社と連携を取りながら進めていただくポジションです。
□具体的な仕事内容□
1.コミュニティのコンテンツ企画・実行: コミュニティの規模を拡大させ、定期的にコンミュニティのイベントの企画・実行
2.コミュニティのコンテンツ作成・管理: ゲームのリリース情報、もしくはゲーム内イベント情報に応じてコミュニティの投稿内容の素材制作依頼・文言作成・投稿
3.コミュニティ内容のコントロール: リスクのある内容を事前に検知し、投稿内容や日程の変更調整の実施 日本の文化を理解した上で、ユーザーエンゲージメントに貢献できる高品質な内容への変換
4.データ分析業務: コミュニティのデータを集計・分析・効果測定

京都オフィスで活躍する社員2名のほか、中国本社の大勢のスタッフと一緒に開発を進めていただきます。
各オフィスのメンバーとは、ほぼ毎日チャットやビデオ会議で連携。
対面ではなく画面越しのやりとりになるからこそ、相手の意向を汲み取る円滑なコミュニケーション が大切です。
立ち上げ間もない拠点かつプロジェクトも初期段階。そのため現時点では少人数とのやりとりが中心ですが、今後メンバーが増員す れば10~20名規模でのビデオ会議も増える見込みです。
[Job description]
The position you will be entrusted with is to implement the management of the community for game users that is currently being released.
You will be responsible for planning, localizing, and distributing content for community management in accordance with the marketing strategy and intentions of the China headquarters.
This is a position where you will work closely with the head office in China.
Specifically,
1. Planning and execution of community content: Expand the scale of the community and plan and execute community events on a regular basis.
2. Creation and management of community content: Requesting the creation of community postings in response to game release information and in-game event information, creating and posting community postings.
3.Community content control: Detect risky content in advance and make adjustments to the content and schedule of posts. Convert content to high-quality content that contributes to user engagement based on an understanding of Japanese culture.
4. Data analysis: Aggregate, analyze, and measure the effectiveness of community data
They would like you to play an active role as a colleague who supports the project.
In addition to the two employees working in the Kyoto office, you will work with a large number of staff from the China headquarters to promote development.
They collaborate with members of each office via chat and video conferencing almost every day.
Because you will be communicating through a screen rather than face to face, it is important to have smooth communication to understand the other party's intentions.
This is a new office and the project is still in its early stages. Therefore, at this point we are mainly communicating with a small number of people, but they expect to increase the number of video conferences with 10 to 20 people in the future as the number of members grows. |
